    Hot and Cold

9:30-10:00: Free coffee. 9:30- 10:55 and one second: Breakfast. Eggs are liquid egg-beater type product. Salmon quite good. They often have 2 for 1 specials on various entrees. Water used to be free from soda dispenser. Now they point you to the bathroom water fountain. The .99 breakfast still exists- but not advertised. Ask for the small breakfast. Eggs, meat, potatoes.

    Super taste of Sweden

If you like Swedish food and miss the flavors only Sweden can offer...then this is a wonderful way to taste it again! I love the smorgos, the meatballs and pear soda. Really, it makes me smile to eat there and enjoy the food.

    Swedish Happy Meals

The food at IKEA is cheap and filling. If you eat enough of it, you won't be hungry anymore. That's about it.

    Are you people on crack?

No offense to IKEA, but just because the food costs next to nothing does not make it delicious. I would equate it to (and I mean this in the nicest possible way) Old Person-Cafeteria-Airplane food. At best. Maybe I just don't get it, but for me cheap does not equal 5 stars.

    A gem worth the trek!

The staff is Super friendly/efficient! If they seems a bit grumpy - it's usually after they've worked a particularly long day. (sometimes two shifts) If you go on a slow day it's just wonderful! Penne pasta and marinara (veggie friendly) for $2.00 YES! I said $2.00! A note on their famous Swedish Meatballs w/lingonberry sauce and mashed potatoes - don't get the fries they taste yukky Unlimited refills on the drinks!!! If you go during the day or around sunset - the views are incredible!

    Pretty good food

Finally, I don't have to go to the Ikea in NJ for Almondy cake and salmon. Where else can you get a nice piece of perfectly cooked salmon filet for 8 bucks???? And don't get me started on the cake. The service is quick, the cafe clean and neat and it provides a great view of the Statue of Liberty and the waterfront.
