I actually never write menupages.com reviews because I am never that impressed/ angered by service in a restaurant. But, I actually wrote my fist and only menupages.com review below because I really like the food at Cafe 27e. But after today, I won't be ordering from here again. In the past, this place has had decent delivery time, not great. At the most, they'll take 45- 50 minutes. Today, I called at 12:45 to place an order, was told it was on its way. After an hour and fifteen minutes, I was starving and called to see where my food was. The guy who answered told me it would be here in 5 minutes. Nope! I called again after 10 minutes, and he said "It will be there in 2 minutes, if not you can have it for free". After another 10 minutes of waiting, I left my office and told the receptionist that if someone showed up, to tell them I didn't want the food. I was starving at this point and needed to meet someone outside. Well, the past part of the story is that, when I got back to the office, the receptionist informed me that the delivery guy never came. I got no phone call, no explanation. Just a big waste of my time. So be warned!

I always order the veggie stuff because I don't eat meat. The veggie burgers are homemade, not fried, light, and delicious! I order from here all the time for lunch and am never disapointed. The delivery service is usually very quick and the prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. I highly recommend this place!

We loved this little cafe. Just finished a shopping spree in Chinatown and this hit the spot. We had their sandwiches and a great salad. All were fresh and reasonable. The veggie burger was also good. The service was prompt and great attitudes. I recommend this place for a quick and tasty lunch.

Really great place, I go to F.I.T. and it's the perfect lunch spot because they're always speedy, very courteous and they have great food. Their soups are absolutely delicious and I can always count on it being fresh. I've ordered for delivery here a few times now and they remebered me and are always very nice and polite. Overall a great, great place!

I got a santa fe chicken wrap I believe. Number 24.. It was sooo good! Lots of chicken, salsa, and they didn't skimp on the avocado! I was very impressed as ordering from somewhere new usually doesn't end up too great! The man on the phone was friendly & the delivery was quick, would definitely order from here again
