Used to be one of the only decent pizzerias on the UWS. It's now just as terrible as its neighbors. Same cheap ingredients. Same awful flavor.

I have been eating their pizza for decades, it is still the best NYC neighborhood type place for blocks around. Not the best attitude, don't try to pay with a "big" bill but otherwise okay service.

Went here one week night was told (rudely) my small order - salad/ sandwich would take over 15 mins I came back in 15 they were confused and seemed to have to start all over . Then finally at least 30 mind later it's 10pm on a we'd... I get way overcharge

I've lived on the UWS for about 4 months now, and I've been through about 5 different pizza joints looking for just regular good pizza. Patsy's is delicious, but its more of a specialty pizza with fresh mozz and basil.

This pizza is OUT OF THIS WORLD! Nothing compares. My husband and I make a stop every time we're in the area to get some of that saucy, cheesy goodness!
