One of the Best Meals We've Had
We had never been to this restaurant and we will definitely go back! We ordered the Champagne Sangria, fried calamari (which was amazing..different than your typical with an interesting coating) and seafood special which was great tasting and very fresh. Service was attentive and I liked the way the waiters/waitressses seemed to all help each other out. Prices were reasonable and it had a cool atmosphere. Just a great all around experience.

Small restuarant with a large flavor
Went there for the first time. If you want the taste of tradtional Cuban food, go to Cabana. You'll be satisfied.

Professional
We went for the first time and it won't be the last. Food is good, if you like spanish food. The maitre'd is attentive and knowledgable about the wine and the food as well, he recommended the curacco (sorry for the spelling), it was the best choice. We will return back.

Not that Great
The food was O.K. But the service was terrible. We waited forever for our food. Then the waiter brought the wrong entree and was unapologetic. Very disappointing. Will not return.

Pre-Game Meal
My buddies and I drove to Yankee Stadium, parked our car and took the #4 train uptown to 59th Street. We ate at Cabana's, great meal, great service, got back on the train back down to Yankee stadium in time for the first pitch. This beats by far a hot dog and beer at the game! What a great way to start the ballgame. And the Yanks won!

Close to Bloomingdale's
My dad and I came across Cabana by chance while walking to Bloomingdale's. It grabbed us with its colorful interior and Zagat survey sign in the doorway. The food was great especially the fried plntains which I went back for the next day. The salads are filling and a good price. Go out of your way to dine here!

Cuba in Queens
The only bad thing about this place is the hard choice of what to order. Get an app and an entree, even if there are leftovers to enjoy the next day!
