    Pleasantly surprised...

I dined here recently with a group of 14 for a night of fun and great food - we got both. The staff was surprisingly unpretentious and very attentive/accomodating. The food was great with halibut, veal chop and raw tuna salad getting the highest reviews from us. I have to admit that with duck being a fave of mine and knowing how full-flavored this dish is naturally, I found it to be a little bland. It was so refreshing to know that I found a spot where you can actually relax and dine, unlike many places where you end up doing more work than the staff. I highly recommend this place and I suggest heading downstairs for the DJ, whos spins at 10:30. The under-the-stairs crowd was great, if a bit young.

    Great Lunch during Restaurant Week

This place is beautiful! And the service is great. It is pricey, but its worth the splurge-- during Restaurant Week at least. Don't fall for the "sparkling or still water" trap, because you can get perfectly fine tap water for free if you just ask! For appetizers, the beef empanadas with the spicy salsa were amazing and the crab soup was delicious. For entrees the garlic crusted cod and the chicken paillard were very very delicious. And for dessert, the chocolate cake was good but a little too rich but the coconut panna cotta was perfect! Definitely worth the extra money once in a while.

    Went during Restaurant Week

The atmosphere and service was good, but the food was disappointing. I simply didn't like any of the food - the bland empanada appetizer came with a sour/bitter tomato relish and the cod entree had an unpleasant aftertaste. Dessert was passable, but nothing special. I definitely will not be going back for the food.

    Great Restaurant

This restaurant was amazing from the beginning when we walked through the door. The atmosphere is great. There is a club downstairs so if you are there late, then you can hang out at the bar upstairs and hear the music from downstairs. Food and service are both fabulous. I highly reccommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone.

    Not recommended

The service was good but the food was below average. It was presented well but did not taste good. The atmosphere is nice but that' s about all. Wasn't worth the money.

    Great space decent food

The atmosphere definitely grabs your attention as soon as you walk past their dimly lit corridor. Accolades to the unique design. The food is fine but nothing spectacular. It seems the portion size varies with what you order so be warned if your appetite calls for seafood. My dinner partner opted for the veal plancha which was large and delicious. My lobster entree was miniscule and was not that tasty. The prices are a bit high for what you get. If anything go for the atmosphere-they have a sexy bar downstairs.
