i read so many reviews of no one answering the phone, unbelieveable! i order at least every other week and they always answer! the burritos are great! i've tried the wraps, also great! and for deliveries are pretty quick & good price a burrito alone is enough for two to share.

Called them over and over and over and over again to get delivery. No one picked up at all, then went to the restaurant and was told that they were busy even though the phone was ringing and the guy whose job it is to answer the phone wasn't doing anything. The food's ok, but I would never go here again...

Just moved from Columbus Circle to UWS and miss this place sooo much. The beef burrito and beef nacho are so tasty, filling, and priced right. Did takeout from this place once a week for a year. To comment on previous reviews, I would agree they aren't the friendliest bunch but they are good, fast, efficient, and have an understood respect for regulars - no getting to know names at this place but fine by me if the food is top-notch. Highly recommend. Only downside, the line to order can get long & waiting area crowded. Don't think about eating here - too busy and small hence 3 for atmosphere.

place is small, go there and eat at 2 pm! quesadillas are great, staffed with lots of cheese and great meat!i suggest to try grilled beef quesadillas. guacamole is really good, probably not enough. service: quick and just the way it should be! enjoy

Eat here all the time. Good quality ingredients, flexibility in ordering, great prices are all pluses.

Been coming here for over 10 years. Great ground beef burrito but the best part by far is the chips & salsa. Absolutely delicious.

For Mexican food in NYC, this isn't bad; however, I will call and call and call and call, and no one answers the phone.
