There are a cazillion burgers in NYC and I've tried many, but this place has got me hooked on the "Juicy Lucy". Basically a standard, well seasoned, classy hunk of ground beef with just the right amount of cheese in the center. Beautiful! Apparently these are native to Wisconsin or somewhere in that region. I also had their fried cheese curds. Similarly linked to one of the colder fly-over states, I had never seen nor tasted these scrumptious little bastards until I stumbled into Burnside. Well done Mr. Burnside! I love it.
