    Great Turkey Burger

I had a great turkey burger with turkey bacon. I ordered three dozen cupcakes, and they were delicious

Dry burgers, slow service, boring menu

I felt like I was back in my high school cafeteria. The only appealing thing about this place is the friendly staff...otherwise they are very slow and likely to get your order mixed up. $7 is cheap for any meal in the city, yet I'd like to see more than a little burger with some lettuce on the side. They are even stingy with the salad dressing. This place is close to my office, but I'd rather walk a little further for to get a better meal.

    Gimmicks R Us!

What ever happened to good food with no strings? I have to tell you, after waiting on line with a co-worker for 30 minutes, my tolerence level peaked when I recieved the mediocre burger on a pile of fries in a basket, yes a basket! Not only was the burger cooked poorly, the fries were soggy. The cupcake I got was good, but not worth a visit back. Come on people! This place will last a few month if that. I am going to stick to the diner by my office for burgers!

    Good food, poor service

I work in the area and they have always had good food at decent prices and the service has always been subpar. Food also takes a bit to long to be ready for my taste. I'm ordering my burgers and cupcakes take out from now on.

    Not worth it

I went for lunch on a Friday with some coworkers. Though the decor was cute, the service was subpar, and the food, when we finally got to eat, was not worth the 40 minute wait or the dollar-per-topping price. We entered the restaurant and stood for twenty minutes surveying the unorganized chaos. We finally decided to order out, and placed orders with the cashiers up front. About half an hour passed, while servers ran around like confused ferrets. All the while, fellow frustrated customers waited alongside us. When I finally got my order, I discovered they had given me someone else's burger. This was eventually corrected, but the quality of the service and overall experience here was just unacceptable.

    Great food not location

The burgers are very tasty--one of the top ten in Manhattan The fries are good also--the cupcakes look like Magolia bakery cupcakes only taste much better--even the carrot cake cupcake was excellent. The draw back is the service is slow--they serve everything in little wicker baskets like its the 80s at ground round. The spot on 9th were they are overlooks an overpass to the tunnel. With all that said the food is worth it.

If you went to Mitchel London Foods...

They actually moved down to Chelsea from the UES. They still have great cupcakes but with the addition of good burgers. Think of an upscale burger joint with great dessert choices. Service is a little spotty - probably it was Saturday afternoon? I don't know but the food's great.
