Great way to end a rough day
Ended up a long day walking towards the port authority starving....meandered into this place and the waitress was so positive yet not in your face....finally decided to get some food and was happy with some vegetarian food, some not...all was great tasting and therestaurant was very comfortable. Service was QUICK, and we were out in just 20 minutes full and happy. Made our bus.

No thanks
I never do reviews, but had to for this place. Service was very poor, burgers were tiny and cupcakes were dry.

Could have been better
Hamburgers small and tasted average. Cupcakes less sweet then Magnolia. Not going back.

Good burgers, fast, but poor service
A friend said that this place looks like a Dunkin Donuts, and I agreed. At least the color scheme. ANYWAY, I had a bacon cheeseburger and fries. They brought out our food, QUICKLY I might add, and they forgot one order of fries. Not a big deal. The burger was better than I thought. The bacon was thick and delicious and there was lots of melted American cheese, which I love. While eating, another waitress came to drop another order off at our table... it actually belonged to the people sitting across the room from us. So I think once this place gets the kinks worked out, it will be much better. So in conclusion: The food was very good. The waitresses might be subpar. The prices are good All in all I would definitely return.

Good Atmospher, Great Prices, Subpar Food
The former poster who liked the food to that found in a high school cafeteria hit the nail on the head. I ordered a turkey burger. The roll was exactly like you would find in a school cafeteria. My burger was burnt. The cheese, which was $1 additional, was just what seemed to be a kraft singles slice which they didnt even bother to melt! Given the genre of the restaurant, i thought it was relatively clean and spacious. Service was unenthusiastic but adequate. All and all, better choices in the area.

Great cupcakes; Poor service!
The place would be decent if the service was better. They often get your order wrong and it usually takes about thirty minutes for dine in and an hour for delivery. The burgers are good but very small for the price. The cupcakes are the only thing that make this place worthwhile.
