The great burgers and friendly staff make up for the lack of atmosphere and location.

I have to defend the size of this burger. Yes, it's not huge. I am a 180 pound - 6 foot athletic male and have a very healthy appetite. I think it is a perfect size. I had delivery yesterday. Got the burger with swiss and bacon and a mesclun salad with balsamic and had no problem eating half the burger and salad yesterday and the rest today and was satisfied both times. While the size may not be reflected in the cost......it's NYC. If you NEED a bigger burger, go somewhere where they "Super Size".

Burger was good... Place needs a cleanup... a dirty bathroom (& broken faucet) say alot about a place.

We visited this restaurant in April 3, 2008 because of the name and decent reviews. We had a party of 10 so were looking for a quick lunch place. When we walked in, immediately someone came and pulled tables together for us. The service was good. It was quick and the food was good. A member of our party really liked the turkey burger. I had sweet potato fries that were very good as well. The size of the burger is a little disappointing for the price that you pay. I figured it would be plenty for my five & ten year old to split. They both could have probably eaten a whole one. The cupcakes were disappointing as well. They were good, but not great, and they were quite small for $2.00. I would go back again if we were in that area and needed lunch. However, I would not make a special trip. This would be a nice place to have lunch if you were going to Madison Square Garden for an event.

First time around, I asked for a cupcake, and I didn't get one. I also asked for black coffee, and it came loaded with cream and sugar. The second time, I asked for a cupcake, and once again, I didn't get one. I also asked for a salad and they said they only have balsamic vinagrette, but I didn't get any dressing at all. Thankfully, they got the coffee right this time (I never understand how anyone screws that up). Both times, my order was read back to me over the phone to confirm its accuracy. Also, my 2nd order slip showed 3 orders of coffee. The delivery guy didn't leave me the bill, so I'm not sure if I was charged for them or not, but if do the math, I was just paying for yet another cupcake I didn't get. The food itself is decent, although I wouldn't recommend the veggie burger. The onion rings are sub-par, but the fries are great. The cupcakes - a client had some and shared with me once - are great, which is why I ordered them, and even tried again after being burned the first time around. In short...it's decent food. Just double-check your delivery order before the guy walks away with your money.

Very good burger. Got delivery and it took about 30 minutes. Burgers are not too big around but plump and the double cut bacon was nice. Not a fan of handcut fries but they were good too. Yes, as mentioned by someone else.....kind of like Shake Shack.

my burger conneisseur of a boyfriend and i went to this place because we were passing by and it really made our day. it was quite busy so understandably the service wasn't amazingly fast, but everyone seemed aware of this and was really nice. the burgers were absolutely awesome, rivaling those from shake shack, and the fries were nice too. the waitress gave us two free cupcakes for being polite and good customers, and they were pretty good as well. the interior of the place was cute, casual, and kitschy. wonderful place for a delicious and satisfying lunch.
