I've ordered from this place twice and will never order from here again! I ripped up the menu!!! The first time my girlfriend ordered a burger I took a bite n it was a mass of unseasoned meat n my mouth yuck!! Then I decided to order a turkey burger hoping that they might do a better job on that! There is nothing grosser than an unseasoned mass of gross ground turkey! Then the next time I was craving chili cheese fries .. Can't go wrong with that right .... Wrong they sent me potato skins instead so I called back and let them know and the girl apologized n said she would send it out right away! Next thing I know this rude man with a strong accent calls me back n tells me that I didn't order the chili fries and that he would not send them!! He must have been the rudest manager ever! So I ripped up the menu and will never order from them again ... All over some $4 chili fries !!

I've ordered from this place a hundred times. The food is usually great, but every once in a while you catch a dud. Overall great odds that you'll get a great meal.

I live in Morningside Heights, but Burger Inc delivers here through delivery.com. We ordered the burger/shake combo and grilled cheese. The burger was HUGE and cooked to a perfect medium. The fries were a little soggy, but I live kind of far from the restaurant so that's to be expected it. The shake was great....as good as Shake Shack or Pop Burger. The "grilled" cheese was on a roll and more like a toasted sandwich, but it was still good. I am very impressed w/the food and price!

I have no ideaaa what these other reviewers are talking about, but my burger was delicious! it was juicy, thick and not soggy and wet when it arrived @ my door. The delivery guy was very friendly and deserved his tip:-) I've also tried the fried flounder sandwich and phat mac& cheese and they were allllll goooddd... good food for not such an expensive price= GREAT FIND!

The burgers are good(a bit pricey if you want toppings). I love the milkshake (though I haven't met one i didn't like) I am disappointed though because I love chicken & waffles but when I called, they told me the waffles were frozen. The chicken ceasar is good, the roasted chicken is also good.

The Southern Fried Chicken Salad is awesome. They make great waffles and their fried chicken is great. Delivery is fast and friendly and if you don't feel like talking to anyone on the phone you can even order online through their website.

I'd been craving a good burger for a long time...and I still am! The burger was a huge ball of unflavored meat and very overcooked. The fries were mass of grease that were similarly bland. I ordered the burger "with everything" which evidently includes cheese and bread. No onions/lettuce/tomatoes/pickles/flavor. The positives: the delivery was very fast and the portions of food are very big. So what I'm saying is: the food is subpar, but there's a lot of it, and they get it to you quickly.
