Overpriced, Disorganized
I ordered food from the online menu from the site, when i picked up my food, got back to my office, my order had items missing, when i called they just dismissed my request to fulfill the order and simply said that the current menu is out dated. To add insult to injury- they charged me more than the prices specified.

What was I thinking?
I may as well ate my $10 bill. It would have filled me up just as much. Small portions, stale roll, mediocre meat. The crispy onions were delicious though. For the price, quality, and the time it took for delivery, I'm going back to Burger Heaven.

Pretty expensive for poor service
Food was average but very expensive. Everything costs extra, and no refills on drinks. Waitress was rude.

Quite bad actually
Wow. I believe i might have found the biggest rip off in NY. For a so-so burger with cheese, mushrooms and bacon, and 2 sodas - the bill came up to $35. Maybe it would have been ok if the burger quality was better. But it wasn't.

Enjoyable lunch for first time NYC visit
My daughter and I visited your restaurant in Dec. 2006. As we went in the door we were hearing raves about how good the food was. I will say we were seated without much of a wait, the staff was courteous and helpful and the food was served hot and prompt. It was a little pricey but considering it being in NYC it didn't bother us. The food presentation on the plate was very nice. We will go back again if we are in NYC.

Diner burgers at gourmet prices.
This place basically serves up diner burgers. They're mediocre at best. And the fries are below-average, being oily and not very crispy. A cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato (yes, they charge extra for lettuce and tomato) plus fries for take-out cost $10.50. And the service was poor and the place looks like a coffee-shop.

Decent food but cost is questionable
The cheeseburger at this BH restaurant was very good and served promptly. Other aspects were sub-standard. Waitstaff was dismissive. Because I did not want to shell out $3+ for fries or a side dish, in addition to the $7+ for the burger - which is expensive considering I only received the meat on a bun on a plate(no pickle accompaniment at this BH too), I was made to feel like I was asking for ketchup at a high-end steakhouse. It's unlikely I'll return to this BH. Other BH restaurants, especially the one on 53rd, are much better when it comes to service, which adds to the overall value of the meal.
