The food is pretty good, whether in the restaurant or take out, but way way overpriced. salads for $16 and burgers for $11 are too much for simple diner food.

The burger tasted bland and with no seasoning,, fries were good although it felt like sloppy diner food and the food was served almost too fast, as if they just microwaved the burgers- they definitely did not feel cooked to order. Left in a hurry and very dissapointed.

I have loved the burgers and sweet potato fries here for years and have been going to the Midtown location since the early 90's, but recently I went to the Lexington UES restaurant with my father who suffers from Parkinson's and generally feels self-conscious when eating out. Without my saying a word, we were seated at a wonderful spacious booth in the back section, the waiter was hyper attentive and solicitous to our every need. My father felt completely at ease, returned 3 more times (he was visiting from out of state) and hasn't stopped raving about it! It isn't often that you get superb food and superb service at the same time!

I order from Burger Heaven quite a bit. Their food is good. Burgers are good - not great. They have awesome fried chicken and great curly fries. Their chili is delicious, too. Recently, they have let their non-English speaking employees answer the phone and take orders. I have to repeat my order 3 times and they still get it wrong almost every time. This is a good place for delivery. I hope they either train their staff in English or keep them from taking orders, though.

Pretty good food good service and great atmosphere (bit pricey) but besides that its a really nice place!

The food is subpar and expensive. We ordered a burger and it didnt even come with lettuce and tomato, which is pretty basic. Their so called "baked potato" is actually boiled and cost over $8...a steal. The only good thing about this place is that they have a few toys for kids to play with while you wait for your food...so your best bet, if you have kids, is to go there for eggs and coffee. It is really hard for anybody to screw up on that :)

Take out order took over an hour and when it finally arrived, everything was cold. French Fries were icy and soggy, hamburger bun was complete soaked and burger was cold. $20.00 for dinner that was barely edible is ridiculous.
