Very Average
Burgers are overpriced, and just okay, nothing to write home about. The service is not extraordinary, they're focused on getting you in and getting you out. It's a good place to meet up with people during your lunch break because they are so fast, but the atmosphere is usually loud and harsh, and the staff is not courteous with you (or each other). Just okay.

We're in Heaven!
Burger Heaven is by far one of the best burger joints in the neighborhood! The food is always top quality and service is fast (always under 15 minutes!) If you haven't been to Heaven, it's time you go!

The place is ok!
I went to this place a few times. The food is ok, and the service is ok. It's just like any local diner/restaurant, nothing special. I had the lobster sandwich there, it was not bad. The food is a little pricey I think for its quality.

Good Burgers
The food is very good here. Good large burgers, great for midtown delivery. It's a little more expensive than a diner but its in midtown manhattan, what do you expect. Order it to your office thats what it's there for.

A Horror Story
Went to Burger Heaven today, because one of my colleagues recommended it. What a waste of money! A burger with swiss cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and a side of fries (no drink or anything extra) cost me close to 15$! The burger is not some kind of a 10 oz burger, it's a regular 6 oz sloppy thing with a side of fries that are dry and tasteless... Inside the place looks very retro, which is good for a burger place, but the burger that I tried was just not good! Next time I will go to Connolly's as I usually do, where 10 oz juicy burgers (with all the topping you want that is) with fries don't cost more than 12$. Save yourself a trip of disappointment and go to McDonald's instead...
