Waste money? Come here!
Service was only plus of this restaurant. I was waiting for my friend one sunny day and I thought Id get a small bite to go from the closest restaurant. This was it. I looked quickly at the menu and ordered the first thing I saw, soup, to go. It was tomato. Apparently it was supposed to be creamy tomato because when I opened the lid it looked pink...and tasted exactly like Campbells. Ew. I paid about 5 bucks for it so didnt want to throw it away. I gulped about 2/3rds then threw it away. I just could not finish it. Over priced. Yucky. Skip it.

Not bad, but watch out for old fries
I work next door and when my son comes into work, we often order from this place. Overall, the food is good, but from time to time the execution is off. Last time, the grilled cheese and turkey burger were fine, but the fries were hard as rocks. Value also not that great, but hey its midtown.

Complete Rip-0ff
This is the last time I will order from the 87th St. and 3rd Avenue Burger Heaven. I ordered a ceasar salad and they delivered it with no parmesean chesse! When I called and the manager sent the cheese, an hour later, the cheese was stale. The crutons were stale; the dressing had no seasoning...it was just plain oil. I also order a side of strawberries. I was charged $2.95 for the strawberries. When I opened the strawberries, they had only given me 4 whole strawberries that were cut into halves!!!

incompetent delivery
got my order wrong, then when I called they said they didn't have a record of my order and referred me to another location, then the other location didn't have my order, and they referred me back to the original place. only upon requesting that i speak with the order-taker's manager did they find my order and agree to correct it. never again. will i order from this deplorable franchise. plus it's way overpriced.

Very good burgers!
Burger Heaven is definitely one of my favorite burger places to eat in Manhattan. A friend and I at at the E. 53rd St. restaurant and the atmosphere was nice, especially around the lunch rush. Ironic right? Really ... just all around great food!

Wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy overpriced
The most overpriced restaurant I've been in since I've been in NY. I wanted a cheeseburger. Starts around 7.95. Want lettuce and tomato? Add about 3 bucks. Want fries? Add about 3 bucks. I got out of there with what ended up being an average diner hamburger with fries and my bill was 14.97. How is this possible????? Trust me don't go there, its not worth it.
