    amazing burger fries and shake!

i went in on thursday night and had their santa fe with fries and a black and white shake. The santa fe was cooked perfectly and was very juicy. the fries have a special coating on them that makes them taste amazing and the vanilla shake was perfect not too sweet like other places. Ill be here again !

    Best Milkshakes Ever!!

So I discovered this vibrant new restaurant during my job search in SoHo recently. The decor is so inviting that I had to stop in and check them out. Their menu is filled with all the staples that a burger joint must have. I decided to try the Philly Burger, fries and a hazelnut mochaccino milkshake. The burger was perfect, I wish it was bigger! And the milkshake was the absolute best!!! I can't wait to go back....

Worth a try if you have the time

The place is easy to find, clean, & has an open feel due to the pleasant decor & efficient set up. Today's cashier didn't exhibit much of a personality. But she, too, was efficient and didn't give me a hassle about my coupon. My mini Saki Burgers were EXCELLENT! Though the cashier didn't ask me what temperature I wanted the burger, I forgot to specify. So we'll call it even :-) Still, the burgers came out a medium temperature that I actually liked. I usually order medium-rare..but this medium was still very succulent. Overall, I've not tasted a burger like this before. All of the flavors balanced very well. And the grilled brioche roll was a perfect kicker! The wings were fried extra crispy, per my request. They serve five wings with each order. The blue cheese dressing was thick, flavorful & had a few chunks here & there. The hot sauce was VERY nice (this is coming from a HUGE wing snob, y'all!); it tasted vinegar-based with a touch of butter mixed in for texture. I don't know if they serve it the same way for dine-in but they didn't toss my wings in the sauce. They even vented the container to avoid Soggy Steam Syndrome. So the wings were still crispy when I got back to the office. PLUS they gave a HUGE portion of sauce! There was plenty left over to take home. The choco milkshake with brownie bits tasted almost as good as Ben & Jerry's. My only complaint about the shake was that its a smallish size for the price. Side bar: I loved that everything except the sauce containers and milkshake cup were paper-based. Yay for Earth-friendly packaging! Also, big props to the grill guys for taking extreme care in all of the food they prepared. I watched them pay close attention to every aspect of every order they made. My only overall qualms were that: 1) They're set up and advertised as fast food but it took 15 minutes for me to get my order. This caused me to go into overtime for my lunch break. The guy who ordered after me actually received his order first. Fortunately the cashier had the foresight to put my shake in the freezer until my entire order was ready. But this took away from their "fresh milkshake" angle. 2) They only had one guy on grill and one guy on the fryer at the peak of the weekday lunch rush. I forgave these things after taking my first bite of food. Just know that you're best calling your order in if you're in a time crunch. When as is said and done, I'll go back if I'm in the area.

    Great Burgers and Service.

This is one of my favorite places for burgers. I have been here countless times and always come back again and again. The chipotle mayo sauce is simpley amazing! The staff is always polite and do a great job at making sure you are happy. The only issue I've ever had was getting a burger that was very rare. I spoke to the cashier and they made me another one. Try this place and you'll know why I keep coming back for more. You wont regret it.

This burger made me savor every bite!!!

This burger was like a taste of heaven. The first burger in a good year that I did not want the burger to end. Each bite was better than the bite before. Blows all other burgers in the city away. Also the milkshake was perfect not to sweet just the right taste of vanilla and perfectly thick, Guaranteed you won't be dissapointed

    Decent food, subpar delivery+service

Well, that just about sums it up. Their burgers are quite good, and the menu is interesting. The problem is, they can't seem to get a delivery order right. I've gotten completely wrong things delivered--it's a good thing I'm not allergic to anything! They even get it wrong in-store if you get takeout. If you are particular about your food, don't do business with them.

    Delicious!

I have ordered from this place several times and their burgers are delicious! Their food is very fresh and you can tell that the meat is of very high quality. They have a great varierty of burgers and every one of them that I tried is very very tasty.
