Listen. I dont waste my time writing reviews, however. This place deserves credit. The customer service is excellent. The cashier really helped me make a decision on what to try. I was starving I ordered a burger special and there wings. I'm embarrassed to say I ate all of it. And it was alot. I was licking my fingers. The flavor of the food was so darn good. Main point. If your hungry for some great food stop by this place. They have a wide range of choices and I do know I'll be going back.

I give this place a thumbs down. I came in and ordered two caesar salads, when I received the salads, there wasn't any chicken on it. I thought this was odd because other places where I ordered it came with chicken. I notified the cashier and she apologized and explained to me that adding chicken was an extra charge. She acknowledged the fact that some people are vegetarians and that's why it didn't come with the salad. We understood and wanted to order two grilled chickens to go with our salad. The cashier seemed confused to how to enter it in the computer right away and decided to tell the cooks to make the grilled chicken for us while she waits for someone to come in and show her how to put it. They (cook) were not cooperative and were going off saying "You don't know anything" "You no good!" "You giving food away for free" "Send me the ticket then I make them chicken" etc.. WHAT? The way they were yelling was making everyone in the store very uncomfortable. I got my chicken at least 20 minutes later. The girl finally came in and helped the other cashier.. Thats when my chicken order was put through... Other than the time frame and made me late to where I was headed. The chicken tasted good. Though the girls did apologize and make my experience a little more bearable.. I do not think I will be returning to this place. Maybe when I see more good reviews after mine, I may go back for 2nd time.

After reading a couple great reviews I decided I would try this place. I had originally planned to dine in and eat there but quickly changed my mind when I entered the restaurant. It was around 8pm or so when I arrived. It was a little busy but there was also 2 or 3 people before me. The girls did acknowledge my presence, greeted and told me they will be right with me. Lovely girls... I couldn't help but overhear that the cooks and the girls were having an argument. When it was my turn to place my order, it took at least 15 minutes to be taken. This was because my order taking was constantly being interrupted by the shouting of the back line cooks. I don't know what's going on with this place but there should never be any shouting in front of customers. The girls motioned for them to quiet down but they continued. A gentleman (customer) commented for the cooks to stop yelling at the counter girls. He ignored him and continued. While the register girls were busy taking the orders, the cook left the food with the ticket on the food on the counter. The girls quickly apologized on the behalf of the restaurant and tried to mend things. Well that's that. When I received my food, the burger was over cooked... I ordered it medium rare and it seemed to be dry and barely pink inside. I had told the girls and they apologized once again. When they told the cooks that they had made a mistake and overcooked it. The cook started saying "I don't care". I was aggravated then. He was taking an awfully long time to correct his mistake and refused to make another one because they blamed the girls for putting the order in wrong. That was wrong however, the girls proved it and he made me another one. I took my replacement to go. It's not a warm atmosphere... I don't know if I'll go back. The cooks seem to need to be reprimanded intensely. The girls were the only thing pleasant about this place. When I arrived home, the burger wasn't too warm but the flavors are pretty good. I would go back if the experience I had were not to be repeated.

i went in on thursday night and had their santa fe with fries and a black and white shake. The santa fe was cooked perfectly and was very juicy. the fries have a special coating on them that makes them taste amazing and the vanilla shake was perfect not too sweet like other places. Ill be here again !

So I discovered this vibrant new restaurant during my job search in SoHo recently. The decor is so inviting that I had to stop in and check them out. Their menu is filled with all the staples that a burger joint must have. I decided to try the Philly Burger, fries and a hazelnut mochaccino milkshake. The burger was perfect, I wish it was bigger! And the milkshake was the absolute best!!! I can't wait to go back....

The place is easy to find, clean, & has an open feel due to the pleasant decor & efficient set up. Today's cashier didn't exhibit much of a personality. But she, too, was efficient and didn't give me a hassle about my coupon. My mini Saki Burgers were EXCELLENT! Though the cashier didn't ask me what temperature I wanted the burger, I forgot to specify. So we'll call it even :-) Still, the burgers came out a medium temperature that I actually liked. I usually order medium-rare..but this medium was still very succulent. Overall, I've not tasted a burger like this before. All of the flavors balanced very well. And the grilled brioche roll was a perfect kicker! The wings were fried extra crispy, per my request. They serve five wings with each order. The blue cheese dressing was thick, flavorful & had a few chunks here & there. The hot sauce was VERY nice (this is coming from a HUGE wing snob, y'all!); it tasted vinegar-based with a touch of butter mixed in for texture. I don't know if they serve it the same way for dine-in but they didn't toss my wings in the sauce. They even vented the container to avoid Soggy Steam Syndrome. So the wings were still crispy when I got back to the office. PLUS they gave a HUGE portion of sauce! There was plenty left over to take home. The choco milkshake with brownie bits tasted almost as good as Ben & Jerry's. My only complaint about the shake was that its a smallish size for the price. Side bar: I loved that everything except the sauce containers and milkshake cup were paper-based. Yay for Earth-friendly packaging! Also, big props to the grill guys for taking extreme care in all of the food they prepared. I watched them pay close attention to every aspect of every order they made. My only overall qualms were that: 1) They're set up and advertised as fast food but it took 15 minutes for me to get my order. This caused me to go into overtime for my lunch break. The guy who ordered after me actually received his order first. Fortunately the cashier had the foresight to put my shake in the freezer until my entire order was ready. But this took away from their "fresh milkshake" angle. 2) They only had one guy on grill and one guy on the fryer at the peak of the weekday lunch rush. I forgave these things after taking my first bite of food. Just know that you're best calling your order in if you're in a time crunch. When as is said and done, I'll go back if I'm in the area.

This is one of my favorite places for burgers. I have been here countless times and always come back again and again. The chipotle mayo sauce is simpley amazing! The staff is always polite and do a great job at making sure you are happy. The only issue I've ever had was getting a burger that was very rare. I spoke to the cashier and they made me another one. Try this place and you'll know why I keep coming back for more. You wont regret it.
