Delicious!
I have ordered from this place several times and their burgers are delicious! Their food is very fresh and you can tell that the meat is of very high quality. They have a great varierty of burgers and every one of them that I tried is very very tasty.

Delivery problems.
On their first attempt Burger Creations forgot an order of fries. That's fine, and the guy on the phone was nice enough, but then they called to make sure and were pretty incredulous. Then the delivery guy who re-delivered the fries also gave us the third degree. You'd think we were trying to steal a whole free meal or something. Yeah guys, I tipped the delivery guy 10 bucks as part of my master plan to beat you out of two bucks worth of fries. In other news, one of the burgers had a soggy lower bun -- it had obviously sat too long. Overall the food wasn't bad and the prices are fair. I might give them a chance in-store, but no way will I have them deliver again.

delivery super-lame
These people got nothing right on a delivery. They messed up they address three times ! Burger was not what was ordered. It was packaged in such a way that the bag my shake was in was soggy; the cup broke ope n and spilled everywhere. A mess !

Mini Burgers Way Too Expensive
I ordered a mini burger and right now don't remember the price but it was not much bigger than a silver dollar. I expected something special and it wasn't...tasted like something I'd make myself. It was about 3 bites worth. Not bad...but way overpriced.

wish they'd cook how I asked
The meat they use for the burgers is very good quality. However, the past 4 times I asked for a medium rare burger and it comes out med well to well done. This is ridiculous! I wish their fries were better too. If they are a burger and fry joint the fries should be awesome. They're just OK - with a flavor coating on them. Not my style.

Best BBQ sandwich in the Village
The BBQ chicken sandwich is awesome. I have never tired their burgers, but if you are a bbq chicken person you should definitely stop by this place. I have never had an issue with service.

Lets be honest
Why is it that the past few times I've been there, the staff look like they hate working at this place. Not only do I get an attitude from the employee, I get my order messed up. I'm not one to say anything bad about a restaurant but after 3 times in 2 weeks, lets get real! Whose ever in charge of this place better get some management training or fire these people, its very upsetting to see something that started off so well to something that's going to die.
