Just not good
The guy taking my order did not pay any attention to me or anything I said. That would have been fine if the burger were any good, but it really isn't- poorly shaped, cooked and seasoned; bun ridiculously greasy, lukewarm fries. If you want a good burger in the area, there are many choices that won't make you feel like you made a mistake. But this place just doesn't have its act together and doesn't really seem to care.

Better than Goodburger
I really like this place. Great french fries and jalapeno poppers...someone commented on the expensive price but I definitely think they're worth it!

Poor deliver service
Screwed up my deliver order twice, even though I made it very clear exactly what I wanted. Won't be ordering from them again.

Chicken Tenders Hoax
I just ordered the "chicken tenders" and when they arrived, they were just fried chicken patties cut into slithers. Sufficed to say, they were pretty poor. I feel duped. However, to their credit, they are called Burger Burger and not Chicken Tender Chicken Tender.

Paitently Waiting
The first sign that we should have turned right around is when we walked in. The place had more smoke in the air then Snoop Dogg's tour bus. After quickly placing our oder we were forced to wait in the cramped restaurant like we were in a Vietnam POW barack. (My coworker did enjoy the T-Pain music and commented on how his father thought he has a "very nice voice") On to more serious matters. After over a 35 minute wait our food finally arrived. Being of midwest blood I know that cooking a burger medium rare does not require 35 minutes on the grill. Needless to say we left the restaurant with our clothes, pores, and souls completely saturated in the greasy smell of excess burger run off. To cap off our visit, when we arrived back at our office we were informed by several elevator riders that, "You guys stink!".

if you have no choice
its average, nice greasy burger and creative menu but lacks real flavor in the actual meat and after a shake shack burger this place is a hack burger.

Get your burger fix in FiDi
This burger joint totally satisfies when you are in need of a quick burger fix in FiDi. I ordered the California burger and it was taaaaaaasty!
