need to start over (again) or give up.
ive seen them change things up more then a few times. no matter what, they cant seem to get it right. from their black thai rice in the burrito (an early experiment), to the nachos that are completely pulverized crumbs of chips, to their tortas (which arent even sandwiches, they are mushed flat burritos.) they are just bad at what they do. their wings used to be okay, and we ordered them often for pool night. but they got drier and drier. . . disappointing.

i wish they stayed open later
i'm always on a quest for good or at least not-gross mexican food in the southside area, having pretty much ordered from every possible place (or dining there). what i like about buffalo cantina: it's fresh, it's wholesome and it's not expensive. downsides: it may not be the most authentic, and they close early (i tend to get cravings around 11pm). the spinach mushroom burrito is large & generously stuffed, well spiced and full of fresh vegetables. the fried tofu, taking the place of the buffalo wings: cold & soggy. however, the hot sauce was ridiculously hot and left my mouth aflame. just wish they'd tone down the vinegar aspect of that. oh, i do wish their jalapeno poppers consisted more of just jalapenos stuffed with cheese and wrapped in bacon before being deep fried. some kind of batter, and vegetarian option would be very much welcomed. other than that, i do like this place.

dry!
Had Buffalo wings, chicken tacos, and chicken chili and we felt like we were eating turkey at the griswold's! We will not be ordering from here again.

The Diablo!!!
First and fore-most The Diablo is insane it is so incredibly hot that I could barely finish half of the sandwich.. it is almost like they slathered Daves Insanity Sauce all over it...Try to stay away from it...or order it as a gag for a friend... other than that my friend had a burrito and that was good according to him...i was huge. delivery was SLOW so if you can wait for an hour order up

Complete Disappointment Stay Away
It took over an hour to get in the middle of the day, when we got the food the wings and tacos were cold, not kinda of warm but straight cold. The Torta El Diablo was warm but it was so spicy that it was physically painful for my girlfriend to eat and she grew up near Mexico eating hot food. The wings were a joke. They were fried to the point that there was no meat left. The tacos were bland. The people are very nice on the phone though. If any of the positive reviews are correct than i would still stay away for the fact there is no consistency. AND it wasn't cheap!

Love the $5 Mini Burrito Special
Excellent recession friendly options. Received a foodielious coupon card from their street team a few months back and have been hooked ever since. I LOVE the bbq chicken mini burrito. It's really tasty. It comes with a mini-burrito, a soda, chips and salsa.
