buffalo boss is a great establishment. its much needed in a place like Brooklyn because of the "get up and go" mentality. the service at buffalo is realistic. what i mean by that is that its young people who work there. its so easy to tell these are students who probably dabble in whatever they're selling just because its that good. and everyone love wings. they keep environment of buffalo boss very upbeat. and i love that because we're comfortable with ordering the guilty pleasures on the menu. tho the place is very small it makes you want to wish u can sit in there and just chill.when i went there the flat screen was playing "transformers" and the music playing throughout the place was a mix of everything. now the food was exactly what i expected. perfect. its possible to ruin wings but the chances are very small. but what makes wings good is the flavor. "making it our own" and that's exactly what buffalo boos does. medium buffalo and the teriyaki wings are my personal favorite. the wings aren't big and bulky like other places. but small and fried to perfection. do not forget the blue cheese. this isn't our typical blue cheese its taste different but fresh. its like they cut up some cilantro which makes the taste of these wings distinct and different from any other place. after eating these wings its a slim chance that u feel like u gained 50 pounds because they're organic wings. yum yum yum. and that not even the least bit. the fact that they also serve fried oreo's, twinkies, poptarts, and snickers. a apple turnover makes the experience so much bettter. buffalo boss got my vote on a day that i feel like eating wings and drinking a cold beer. its definitely all about the wings, bleu cheese and dessert. forget about the fries.

One of my favorite places to go - especially because it's open so late!

I just order wings from this place and they are amazing! I had a little get together and ordered 20 Mild, 20 Honey BBQ, and 20 OMG (Oh My God) wings and some Tenders. The sauces were awesome. The tenders are all white meat chicken with this light Japanese breading called Panko. I love Panko. The Wings really made the party. Everyone was asking who did the wings, and when I told them they were organic, that was the icing on the cake.

This is my favor place now I recently tried the fried Pop-tart and it was the best thing I ever tasted! OMG I know it's a calorie bomb but I must say it was worth it and I will walk it off tomorrow. I tried the Jay-Z F.I.T.H. (Fire In The Hole) wing and it was awesome. It's hot but flavorful. The wings are small because there are no growth hormones added to the meat, it's organic, so that makes me feel good about eating their food.

I tried the Buffalo Boss for the first time and it was really good! I had the Mild sauce from the heaven side of the menu and it was excellent. They have cool names on the Hell side of the menu like OMG, F.I.T.H. ( Fire in the Hole) but I was scared to try em' maybe next time. I have to admit the fried oreos were the bomb. There is a new Boss in Brooklyn on the wing scene.

I don't know of any other place in NYC that serves organic wings in flavors, and since I only eat organic meat, this place rocks!!!
