Best Jerk Chicken this side of Kingston
Buff Patty has the best Jamaican food in Brooklyn and their Jerk Chicken is better than Mikes on Utica (yea I said it). The roti is not so good they should leave that to a Trini restaurant. Everything else on the menu is great. Their only downfall is the delivery guy...he is slooooower than molasses...they should really work on the customer service. Buff could be so much more successful if they work on their customer service. If you're in the area I suggest you stop by instead of ordering unless u have an hour+ to starve to death before they even get there.

poor service!!!!!
The best jerk chicken in brooklyn but the staff sucks. You have to wait an hour + for a delivey order only 4 blocks away after being put on hold for 20 minutes by the lady taking orders. And the delivery man complains about everything! the food here is great but at some point you have to stand up for yourself as a consumer paying them for a service with your hard earned money. I will never order from them again!

to echo the sentiments of all the other posters, the food is GREAT, but the service leaves a bit to be desired. we've eaten at the establishment once & it was fine - no frills, seat yourself, but the space is a little small. When we ordered for the first time last week, it took AN HOUR AND 15 MINUTES for them to deliver. we've learned our lesson and will only pick-up or eat-in from now on. other than that, it's a must-do for those looking for some great authentic Jamrock fare.

good food/poor service
I love the food there...very tasty....i placed my order around 7: 15pm and i asked the lady how long is the delivery , she told me that she had no idea...she was very rude over the phone and almost forgot that I was a customer. I got my food around 8: 30pm with the delivery guy complaining about how busy they are but i have to admit...the food was so tasty that I forgot that i waited for it for an hour and 15 minutes.

Great food but the staff is rude
I live close by and order from BP at least once a month. The patties are great. So is the Ox Tail and the Goat. Unfortunately the service leaves much to be desired. The people who answer the phone to take your order are usually rude and abrupt. The delivery takes a little longer than necessary too. However, as I said before, the food is great!
