BP's food is so-so. If there's one thing annoying about an eatery - it's lack of consistency: i.e., the oxtail can be tender and tasty and at other times it's under-cooked and tasteless! Also, what great Caribbean cooks/chefs do not add coconut to their rice? The delivery service is not good. Why not hire at least 2 more delivery staff. Having to wait an hour or more is ridiculous. I think they take their customers for granted - they just don't care. Guess it's up to us to go elsewhere.

There is Very good and tasteful one the best jamaican spots in brooklyn. But If your hungry and want buff patty i gladly suggest you go get it because if you order it you will wait and starve because it takes almost 2hours to get your Food

As a person that takes a certain joy from quality food and service, Buff Patty falls more than short of providing a fine dining experience that is far from special. Writing this review was a task that was more than needed. To kill Christmas eve dinner with crass and nasty behavior was extremely unacceptable. Beside the fact that the takeout person was completely dismissive and rude over the phone, having to repeat our address SEVEN times, and put on hold thrice for five minutes long each time...the order itself took over an hour and thirty minutes to travel less than eight blocks. After canceling the order and coming to terms with the fact that Christmas dinner would be a bust, the order showed up anyway, food cold and less then spectacular, having lost both ambition and our appetites. Buff Patty has seriously ruined what could have been a fun and festive meal of jerk chicken and oxtail instead of laughs and warmth from friends and family we were left with luke warm food and indigestion . Thank you Buff Patty for helping narrow down my food choices on menu pages, never again will i spend my time and money on this establishment.

among the best jamaican food outside of jamaica...end of story

Buff Patty has the best Jamaican food in Brooklyn and their Jerk Chicken is better than Mikes on Utica (yea I said it). The roti is not so good they should leave that to a Trini restaurant. Everything else on the menu is great. Their only downfall is the delivery guy...he is slooooower than molasses...they should really work on the customer service. Buff could be so much more successful if they work on their customer service. If you're in the area I suggest you stop by instead of ordering unless u have an hour+ to starve to death before they even get there.
