Great cheap good but slow service
They're a bit unorganized so if you don't call ahead you might have to wait a while for your food.

No frills service
It is far better to order online than by phone. I don't know whether it is her cultural way or perhaps it is because of her personality, but her manners were much to be desired. The delivery person does not speak English. If he doesn't know where you are located, he will return back to the restaurant. The food is generally good, but the people part of this restaurant isn't. If you prefer to order from this place, it is far better to order on line and pick it up yourself!

Good food, poor service
One of the ladies behind the counter was very rude - I had ordered food without eggs, and she got upset when I tried to confirm my order was made without eggs - she started ranting in her native language, but I could make out "without egg, without egg all time without egg" that she kept uttering in English...the only saving grace of the whole episode was that the food was good.

Downtown Thai
Finally, a Thai restaurant that's walking distance to BPC !! They are super friendly and the owner even put on (2) new item's on the menu for me **They now have MeeGrob !! ** The Panag is great and PadThai is also very good ... I dont love the interior, so I always get food to go.. decent prices. It has made my move from Chelsea to Battery Park more bearable)

You get what you pay for
The place is a classic hole in the wall. Average quality and a little slow on the draw. Coconut milk soup and Pad Thai with can of soda for $14 in less than 15 mins. Not amazing, but not bad. 3 min walk from Battery Park City.

Sinus clearing green curry without the price
I just finished my meal from Budtharasa and i must say I enjoyed my meal. The people were a little rude about me paying credit card for my $8.69 meal because of their $10 minimum but I got my food fast (I called from liberty plaza and walked). I feel the portions were very appropriate for lunch and the curry had a nice tang to it, although a bit watery. I cannot complain about the wateryness though, because the thinner the broth the healthier generally. The chicken was thoroughly inundated in the curry flavor, which is more than I can say for most cheap thai places that taste like the chicken was just stuck there. Will I go back there? I'm not sure, I will surely think of it the next time I'm hungry for green curry at work.

Ok food - poor service
The chicken pad thai was good, not the best I have had but the lunch special is worth the $8. I also ordered a drink and salad and my total came to $13. I gave the delivery guy a 20 and he claimed not to have change. He ended up with a $7 tip. I called to let them know and they did not care in the least.
