Best Burrito in NYC
Burritos are always delicious. Guacamole and pico de gallo are excellent. I go there regularly and have never been disappointed. The staff is friendly and so are the prices.

Great value
The surroundings are very ordinary, but the food is very, very good. The burger is excellent and the fish tacos are great. It's all counter service, with friendly guys to take the orders. For a quick meal, it can't be beat.

They cover the basics
Nothing spectacular about Buddy's but the staff was great and helped me pull together a complete meal for my kids. I had a burrito and it was good, the beans on the side were a little plain but hot sauce helped. For the money we all left quite full and would consider stopping by again if we were in the area.

Lots of veggie options!
The burritos are huge and well priced. A good option before a movie across the street. Love all the vegetarian options (even for a mexican food place). A little stifling in the summer. They need to get some fans or AC for the back tables.

Cheap and Tasty
Although the place itself looks like a seedy pizzeria, the food is always fresh and tasty and is a great value for the money. The workers are always nice, too. We usually get take-out but it's a good place to grab a bite before or after a movie at the Cobble Hill Theatre.

Solid value, great burritos
The place lacks the hipness and charm of Pacifico, Alma and some of the others in the area, but the Grande Burrito is huge. Definitely my first choice when I'm dining without my wife and I want something cheap and filling.
