a great neighborhood pub/restaurant
buckley's has been around forever and i've been enjoying it for over 10 years. the food and service are consistently good, it's friendly and comfortable and the prices are fair - if only they had a parking lot!

Neighborhood Staple
Every neighborhood should have a Buckley's. We have been coming here for years. Cozy, charming atmosphere. Two working fireplaces add to the ambiance. The food is good solid comfort food, well cooked and substantial. While the dinner does come with a small salad (and I mean small) I feel there should be some choice of salads on the menu, seasonal would be nice. The kitchen at times (when there is a party in the catering hall) has a problem with executing restaurant orders in a timely manner. The owners are aware of this and are as accomodating as possible.

Experience
I went to Buckleys with my family last saturday night for the first time, and it was great. We were celebrating a graduation for my high school daughter, and even though our waitress, was busy with other tables, she still made us feel like we were just as important. Our dinner was great, and the hostess very friendly. Definatley would go back with just my wife for more of a romantic dinner.
