Mediocre
Pizza is easy. . . When you are a brick oven pizza place, all of the pizza should be great. This place is hit or miss. We got a pizza that was soggy and runny so we sent back. The 2nd order was good (not great). The waitress was beyond rude. Won't return to this place. Much better places all around.

Delizioso!
The pizza is delicious and the atmosphere is charming and cozy. we can highly recommend the nutellino calzone! so nice to find food this fresh and affordable outside of Italy -- and on the UWS it's nothing short of a miracle.

I love this little place
I eat here or order delivery at least once a week. I've never had any problems with delivery, its always fast and the food is great. Not only pizzas but also the salads and soup are delicious and fresh. the staff is always super nice. im a big fan and supporter!

Won't be back
Ordered delivery, the pizza came cold, burnt, soggy and the topping had slid off into the corner of the box. The salad was tasteless and limp. Called to complain and the receptionist was disinterested. I got the sense that they didn't believe our complaint as she said they needed to see the evidence... We won't be back.

Fantastic
We loved our meal: had an eggplant mozarella appetizer baked in a delicious tomato sauce. And the pizza was fantastic, from the crust to the fresh ingredients. A keeper!

best value on uws
With all due respect to the previous review,i have been living on the upper west side for the last twenty years and i have yet to find anything in this neighborhood that can compare to buca for the price value ratio.I highly reccomend buca ,it is a gem in our neighborhood.There is nothing like it,I eat out for business all the time and have tried most big name restaurants .Try the calzone the salmon or the nutellino they are amazing.
