    Stellar Delivery Service

We ordered Bubbys tonight and what a great experience! Great cobb salad, matzoh ball soup and artichoke dip. The dip came with toasted chips which we didnt receive with the delivery order. We didnt call or complain because the dip was good by itself. About a half an hour later, the doorbell rings and it was the delivery man with our toasted chips. On top of that he also gave us complimentary pumpkin pecan pie and mac & cheese. We will definitely be ordering from Bubbys again! 5+ Stars for service!

Tasty pie and burgers but way overpriced

My husband and I went for dinner last night and dined al fresco. It took the waitress almost 15 minutes just to take our order. The diners next to us had the same issue and had to go inside to request service. The food was good and the homemade chili lime soda was interesting. However, we wound up spending close to $70 (including tax & tip) for 2 burgers, fries, sodas, a slice of pie and a slice of cake. I don't mind the occasional splurge, but this wasn't worth it in terms of service, atmosphere and quality.

    Not bad

Bubbys to me is a cross between Chat n' Chew and Sosa Borella. I went for lunch and ordered a pesto and mozerella sandwich with crusty mac n' cheese. The food was good and the portions are decent. I would go back again. However, they did not have enough waiters working during the lunch hour. That or they were taking too long to serve us.

    This is not soul food!

I am from the south and know good soul/comfort food and this is definitely not it. I had the meatloaf, greens, and mashed potatoes. I kept having to add salt and pepper to the greens because they had no flavor. The meatloaf was underseasoned. The food was overpriced for the quality and I definitely will not be returning.

    Has declined

quality of food has declined drastically over the past year. note that except for one time, I have had only brunch and desserts, but those on regular occasions. I will not be visiting them or ordering again.

    Bad Bubby's

Just like another poster, I miss the old Bubby's and have no idea what happened here. It used to be the most reliable, cozy place for comfort food. Now, the service stinks and the shorter menu leaves much to be desired. I desire the old Bubby back, but until she's back I won't go back here. So sad!

Wonderful brunch menu - great meal!

My boyfriend and I had Sunday brunch here and the meal with delicious. The cheese grits are to die for!! Although the prices were a bit on the high side, we'll still definitely be going back. Will definitely try the pies next time - they looked delicious!
