What is such a big deal about this place
We live around the corner from this place and thought we'd give this place a try for brunch. There's always a line for this place and sometimes we mistakenly equate long lines for good food/value. The food is just ordinary. We did not have an earth shattering experience there. It's definitely over-rated and over priced! Brunch for two ended up costing about $50 (we had the bare minimum...it's not like we ordered one half of the menu) and trust me, it was not worth it. By the way, we did hear that dinner is a better value.

Our Local
everyone loves Bubby's. They give free helium ballons to kids, they have delicious milkshakes (not on the menu but order them anyway) they have great staff. We go all the time, it's comfort food, the brunches are great, the rest is of a good standard but it's easy and fun and you can be noisy and it's very child friendly, as well as being cool - don't know how they managed that, but they do!

You'll see Jamie!
Meet all your friends at Bubby's. Enjoy the macaroni and cheese. It'll make you say "Mac and Pleeeeease!" Have a sip of the dip.
