Hubba Bubba I'm in loads of trubba!
I absolutely loved this place! Started with a Bayou Surprise cocktail while I read the menu. It was delicious - I had to order another with my dinner. The cocktail got me in the mood and I ordered with excitement: started with the sassy hot Cajun Shrimp which came with garlic toast (caliente!), and then the "I'm stuffed Shrimp". Stuffed with what I think was lobster, they were so good I ate it all and yes, I was stuffed. But hold the phone! I wanted Bubba's desserts. So I had a Chocolate Cookie Sundae. Say it with me: sinful and sensational! I had so much fun, I slipped my shoes off and walk out in my bare feet - heels in hand!

Fun Place, Hit or Miss Service, Pricy
This is a fun place to take tourists visiting the city. The view upstairs is really great! The food is VERY good. I have been here several times and had really hit or miss experiences with the service, which is not a good thing considering this place has the typical high priced Times Square menu. The atmosphere is so fun that I dont think it could be beat downtown, but the prices could be beat just about anywhere on the Island!

Very Pleasantly Surprised
I had a preconceived notion that this would be a tourist-targeted ripoff, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The margarita was great, and very plentiful, the popcorn shrimp were cooked perfectly and presented in a popcorn box, and my bbq chicken salad was huge and delicious. My husband had a stir-fry with very fresh vegetables. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere is fun, interesting and bright. I plan to take my daughter and her friends back the next time we are in the city. Prices are not cheap, but not crazy (approx $12 for the salad and most shrimp dinners are approx. $20).

It was okay but should have been better
i've been there a few time and the greatest hype is the theme of forest gump. The food is good but they need to give out bigger portions and the variety of food on the menu should be more most of the foods are friend and there lack a lot of thing for it to be considered in the 10 of seafood restaurants. There prices aren't very high but for the amount of food u get the prices should be a little lower. But overall it is a place I would eat again but not to often

Great experience - disappointing food
Loved the location, atmosphere, view, service...and the fact we had no wait at all! (2pm weekday). Children loved everything about it. Amazingly delicious coleslaw...but otherwise food disappointing. Shrimps/slipper lobster/fish bucket greasy and tasteless. Fries pale & soggy. Wouldn't go back.

superb dining in new york
a great expeirience and pleasure to find a restaurant on this level in any big city.As soon as you enter the place you are made to feel important , not just another customer. The food, very friendly service which stays the whole time you are there is excellant. I only wish i could have had more time to visit again and again. On my next visit to New York this a must eat place. If you have never seen the film after a visit to this restaurant you will make sure that you watch it. Thanks for the experience.
