Good but it's just shrimp
Wife and I visited the restaurant on Sun Oct 18th 2009. The food and service was very good. You certainly pay for the location/atmosphere because otherwise, even for NYC, the fried shrimp is well overpriced. You go for the fun and atmosphere, not value.

Expensive, but decent food
This is your typical times square area restaurant: expensive prices (2 people = $60? for just two entrees and an app) but decent food. To be honest, we were looking for less of a fried, breaded shrimp place but this was good nonetheless. The environment was REALLY FUN and I think it's a great place to go with kids or a significant other just to have fun. I loved the atmosphere. The waiters and waitresses are super-friendly. But yea, other than the expensive and the over-stress on fried shrimp, it was really good!

Try it! You'll like it!
This place is a great hot spot for dining after hanging out in the city...the prices are reasonable and the food is tasty. The waiters are very personable and do their best to make your dining experience worthwhile. The wait time is miniml and the atmosphere is lively!

The worst food ever!!!!
I was not expecting that much considering that it's close to times square and most places around there tend to be over priced and poorly made and this place was no exception. The eat and peel shrimp was a joke. Overcooked shrimp smothered in Old Bay Seasoning. I've tasted better shrimp in my grocer's freezer. My boyfriend's fries came to the table ice cold and my salmon was soaked in so much butter and salt that I was unable to eat there. The bill came to almost 70.00 and for what? Who is in the kitchen that is allowing food to come out like that? Save your money and go elsewhere!

Adequate not essential..
We got to the restaurant right at 6:00 p.m. Crowded as anything. waited only 15 minutes. Wife is in wheelchair-staff made accomodations (escorted up elevator to dining room). Wife got Shrimp lovers feast. I got a salad and clam chowder. Pretty good, not anything different than what's served in Cape May NJ where I'm from. The dessert, choclate chip cake with ice cream was great. Worth every dime. Bill came to 47.00. Waiter was personable and gave us drink refills without asking. Onl y waited 20 minutes for our platters. Will go again, maybe try somthing different.

horrible experience
My friend Maria and I went on Monday for dinner. We asked for a table by the window, althought there were few table available, the hostes asked to wait up to 15 minutes. Until we point to the free tables to the waiter. The food was not that good.
