This place, once Brooklyn Burger Bar, had so many health code violations that it closed and reopened under a new name. The food itself is good, but be prepared to wait an inordinate amount of time for it and the bill on a consistent basis, even when empty. As you wait endlessly, you'll hear customers saying, "Oh yeah, I forgot it's this slow here--that's why we haven't been in so long." It's a little expensive too, and since Five Guys' burgers are better and cheaper, you should go there instead.

I love eating here, and I work nearby. But when I'm ordering take out, it just seems like a lot to pay for not getting to enjoy the atmosphere. It's strange, but if the appetizers were like... 2 dollars less I would probably get take out much more often. Something about spinach and artichoke dip for $9 makes me feel icky. Caesar salad is great but way too small!

I have to agree with the previous reviewer - the delivery is fast, and the food is great. It's hard to find a decent veggie burger, believe it or not, and these are great. My fiance loves the chicken fingers and the "real" burgers. Very fresh toppings too. The sweet potato fries are some of the best, I'm totally smitten. Oh yes, and the packaging is great - not a lot of excess waste. Flipster's minimizes plastic and unnecessary throw-aways in their delivery system. Fries and sides come in lined cardboard box-type takeout containers. Oh, and everyone's very nice - especially on the phone, which is always pleasant.

By far the best burger I've had in Park Slope... fast delivery and decent prices. Greak milkshakes and fries too, though I wish the shakes were a bit bigger.
