Brooklyn Comfort isn't anything much from the outside, but I dare you enter their realm -- you will not leave without eating something you didn't expect. First visit...I came in for chicken, I left with tilapia which was so fresh there was no fishy-ness at all...and served on a bed of untainted mash potatoes and roasted tomatoes (my fav combo) they still tasted like they came from the ground...2nd visit: Chicken, and I wanted to get the mash again, but they were not ready at 5:00pm, so I had the carrot rice -- with the sumac or curry and grated carrots, it was a meal all by itself. I'm quite sure they cooked the chicken purposely so it would fall off the bone...and it did. I will come back to you with a review of the pies just as soon as I have a slice. The only apology necessary here is they are not open on Monday when everyone is tired and doesn't want to cook! I guess we'll give these real life chefs a little break....and be waiting for them on Tuesday....

My wife and 3 kids have eaten here about 5 times and love the place. The owner is very friendly and gracious, and provides excellent service. The menu is varied and very original, but all food choices are excellent for taste, texture and quality! Go try this place!
