Good Sandwich - Poor Service
Well, I just had such a poor experience with the staff at the Carroll Gardens store, that I had to write a review. First, after calling in a pick up order, and then waiting 15 minutes, I showed up thinking that my sandwich might actually be a little cold from waiting too long. But instead, the order had never been placed. So, then I wait for them to make it. After sitting there for 15 more minutes - and watching customer after customer get their orders - I notice a sandwich sitting on the counter. It's been there for about 5 minutes, but I just assumed it was for somebody else. I ask, "Is that my sandwich?" and the girl behind the counter goes, "It's a number 16?" Yes. That was mine. I snatched it (Yes, snatched. I was pissed) from her hand and walked out. Then, I get home, and it's cold when I had asked for it to be toasted. So, it's in the oven now heating up, and I'm sitting here - 45 minutes after placing the order - waiting to eat.

Best Coffee!
Their sandwiches are good but their coffee is GREAT! Try their iced latte, you won't regret it. The baked goods I have tried there (sweets, bagels, cookies) I wasn't a huge fan of but not terrible.

Best they come fro all over to BBC
Best prepeared sandwiches. Relatives and friends come from New Jersey and SI- to sit and enjoy their great variety of sandwiches. If you go as early early or brunch or lunch- there are always busy. Its great to sit inside and look out or sit outside by their bench-eat or drink cafe.

Best Sandwichs in Cobble Hill
These guys make amazing sandwiches. Anything with prosciutto is incredible, chicken pesto is amazing, and their bread is perfect for the sandwiches. Their service is also amazing. One day they were short on staff, and the order was slightly delayed. They comped the entire order. Definitely a go to place for sandwiches, my only complaint is they close at 7, i eat diner late. Two thumbs way up for this much needed sandwich shop in Brooklyn.

Just great
Just excellent. Can't really say anything else. They obviously put a lot of effort into their food, their sandwiches are creative and their ingredients are top quality. Can't wait to try other things there.

tuna bella is out of this world
A friend recommended this to me and I've been hoolked ever since. It has to be the best tuna sandwich i have ever tasted...it comes with mozzarella which they make fresh on the premises and an italian balpaese cheese. never had it before but it's similar to our cream cheese. It is simply delicious. And the place is very quaint and warm, even though the service isn't always consistent

Good Bagels and Great Breads, but....
This place serves authentic italian products and all taste so good, even the regular coffe is VERY good, but they are confused about prices....things, specially coffe, pastry, cookies have always differen prices depending on who serves you....weird ... It is annoining and it is such shame for this jewel of bakery... Sigh...
