Rude Employees
I never complain about service; however, I've been in the industry for about 3 years in New York and have never been talked to so rudely in my life. I almost called the manager. Great bagels, but they have to treat their customers with more respect. My guy yelled at me when I talked to another cashier. Not Cool

Slow service incompetent
The food quality is pretty good, but the service is slow and sometimes disorderly. Waitting 30 plus minutes at times to buy a take-out bagel is not NY like.

Their mini bagels are a great value
Their mini bagels are a great value and pretty large = satisfying meal. Stay away from their juices, sodas etc. if you don't want to pay an airport terminal price. The dry cleaning bill is not included: Prepare to smell like a roasted onion for an hour or two. Beware they like to overcharge and not give you a receipt. With 30 different spreads and multiple bagel options, there are sixtyfivethousand options, and it easily gets confusing.

Rude and Petty
I really like this place and would love for it to become my neighborhood bagel shop. But on more than one occasion, I have been shocked by how rudely the staff speaks to customers. When it happened to me, I decided to put up a review. Either management doesn't know, or they must condone it.

Best Bagels in NY
Brooklyn Bagels has been my favorite for years - they are always fresh and have a great selection and great service!

Poor service and delivery
The line was busy for about 30 minutes; once someone finally answered, they were rude and abrupt. Food is good, but with as many bagel places as there are in Manhattan, I don't understand the customer service...

best bagels in the area
Title says it all. I come here a lot. It's often crowded, and for a reason. The bagels are great and so is the staff. Kid friendly place and great value for your money!
