Brick Oven Pizza 23

I've given this place too many chance. Different months, different times, different days. They are always rude. The service is poor. The counter staff rushes you to order and then gives you the wrong thing. When you tell them its wrong they blame you then talk about you in spanish like they're the only ones that speak it. I mean, come on. Pizza is just ok but not worth the hassle or cost.

If you're looking for a buzz kill at the end of the night, this is your place. Every time I go, the guys behind the counter are incredibly rude. Rolling their eyes at you to hurry up and order, impatient, obnoxious. The uncomfortably hot place has a negative energy and puts a damper on your mood. Seriously. I couldn't wait to leave. It's also dirty and the pizza is just ok. Not enough sauce, and the bottom wasn't browned--lame for a brick oven pizza joint.

This place has great pizza, but if you order for lunch it will easily take over an hour, and get to you cold.

After reading some of the posts here, I thought to add a few words of my own. For those who complain about waiting on the phone to place an order for delivery, you're waiting for a reason, the quality of the food is excellent...so the order takers are also serving walk ins...common sense...no worries....not everyone has it. And the in house service...Dude its a Pizzaria in a busy part of town that cater to people at all hours...the employees work hard & are pretty cool...and the owner not only does take care of his customers...some even call him the neighborhood mayor...Come drop in and Say hello to Mayor Bernard...He's very Cool & a good person to know in the neighborhood...As for the Pizza...The only time its not busy is when the place is closed.

Last night I had a few family members over from out of town. This was my first experience with Brick Oven Pizza 33. Since we were all raised in Brooklyn, we had our fair share of pizza. I guess what I am trying to say is this is a start of a beautiful relationship.

i have to agree with the service. it isnt the best but the food is good. we order delivery and its not bad, but like most pizzaa places its better there. only thing they need to improve is the service then its a good spot overall ....

This pizza is very good but the staff lacks customer service. Behind the counter is also a bit sloppy so delivery is recomended.
