This place is a dream come true for a burger lover like me. I care about the quality of ingredients I eat, and I know they cost a lot more, but to me, organic, horomone -free, locally grown items are hands down the way to go. Not only does organic meat TASTE better, it's so much better FOR YOU (no sick cow meds in your system) AND the cows....(or turkeys what have you). This place is a God send for people who want their delicious burgers, but feel bad about the horrific corporate actions of mega-farms and their treatment of livestock. BRGR lists on their wall when you first walk in their local organic farm suppliers. It's fantastic. And there are many standard toppings that DON'T come at an extra price tag that some other reviewer mentioned. I had a turkey burger with lettuce, tomatoe, grilled onions avocado, herb mayo and dijon mustard. Only the avocado cost extra, which makes sense cause avocados are expensive!!! Don't believe what other people have said. This place is terrific and I want to eat there every day now!!!!!!

Used to like this place when it first opened... Went there last night and it was awful... burger seemed slopped together, fries ($3!) were soggy... in total a burger, fries and beer=$18. For that price, I expect much better!

For $11 I got a soggy burger and overly salted fries. Considering the location, it would be nice of them to offer discounts to FIT students since that;'s obviously who they are targeting, but there is none.

Anyone whose tried this place is certain to be let down. Slow service, attitudinal staff, overpriced mediocre food. What shake would ever be worth $5.50? Give me a break, its nothing more than a glass of milk.

Best burger I've had in a long time. Yeah, it's a little pricey, but everything tastes so fresh. The staff is so helpful...you feel like a king, waiting with your baton, then finally the glow of that little brown bag coming to you, all wrapped up so your burger stays hot. Needless to say, I love BRGR.

Ok.. granted the burgers are QUITE good.. i cant take anything away from them for what they are.. The prices are outrageous! i work in the restaurant industry i understand that food thats made from higher quality ingredients than mcdonalds will cost more than a bigmac meal but WOW! if u want fries & a drink w. that brgr youre not gunna spend ANY less than $15. insanity! even for manhattan.. the place is trendy & the design of the space is great but that doesnt justify how expensive it is. & when ur charging these prices the service should @ least be outstanding which it WAS NOT when i went. (1/19) the cashier was snotty & seemed miserable... the whole staff seems to be a lil disorganized but thats more a fault of the poor management than them! get your stuff together BRGR or u guys wont last long theres plenty of cheaper, better burgers in NY!

I ended up at Brgr randomly and was AMAZED at how great a meal i had. I can't stop telling everyone about the burgers! so fired up about this. The yummy blend of flavors and textures reminded me of the sensual experience i had the first time i ate an In n Out burger out west, but this was better because it was clearly higher quality ingredients. The burgers are cooked so they have this crispy chargrilled edge that has so much flavor. you can get a whole wheat bun and all these artisanal ingredients. Yes it costs more than burger king but HELLO its a completely different breed of burger. Anyone complaining about the price is just clueless. If you ordered a burger at a diner you'd pay way more and get garbage. This is the best deal in town. i went back the other day and there was a huge line out the door. I'm almost tempted to stop telling people but i keep craving it and talking about it. Sweet onion marmalade on a burger as a standard option? yummmmm.......this is everyday gourmet. and the choc chip cookies surpass any potential expectation you might have.served warm and not quite fully baked...melted chocolate throughout... oh my. yum.
