The burgers here are basically in between a nice pub burger and a McDonald's burger. They taste pretty good, but are not even close to worth the high price. You could go to a normal pub and get a burger for the same price and it would way bigger and better. The fries are good, but also overpriced. This place is basically a glorified fast food place made to look trendy so everyone will eat there.

From some of the other reviews one would think that this place is good--but no it is not. The dining room looks nice but the burgers are grey, greasy, and odd tasting. The service was mediocre-- since you get used to being ignored in NYC anyway. The title of my review says it all.

Best made-to-order restaurant turkey burger I've ever eaten...YUMMY! Had the french fries too - they definately make the meal. I will definately be back for more....soon.

The brgrs are rather small, dense, greasy and overcooked. You can't impatiently mash the patty on the griddle, which is exactly what they do here, leaving behind an ugly gray mass of meat. Although the brgr by itself tastes ok, the sauce is a bit overpowering. I did not try any of the fries or shakes, but I've heard that the chocolate shake is quite good. I agree with the others in that the decor is quite nice.

While there are a lot of burger places that are great in the city, its not so easy to find grass fed beef on the go! The burgers are tastey and definitely satisfying, and I'd gladly spend a few extra bucks to get good quality beef. There is equal care and attention to some of the other items, like naturally raised turkey for the turkery burger and a house made veggie burger that is great. Try the AWESOME chocolate chip cookies, baked to order and served warm!!! The fries rock too, and the onion "hay" a tastey change. While the service at the cashier/order desk could be a bit more connected and personable, overall its a good place to grab a satisfying bite. The atmosphere is good enough and the decor pleasing, but I wouldn't plan any kind of date or important meeting here as it can be busy, noisy, and sometimes not as "grease free" as I would like. Though still, atmosphere is better than some competitors. Check it out!

By comparing brgr with new york burger co., they tie. Brgr has better atmosphere than new york burger, but ny burger has more taste in the burger. brgr is great for plain classic good burger.
