We went to give it a try because they advertise their grass-fed beef. The beef was not as flavorful as other grass-fed beef now available around town. The place is overpriced by a good 35-50% relative to other high-end burger competitors. The service is smiley but clueless. The fries are nondescript, soggy and limp. We're not going back.

Burgers are literally my favorite food in the world; I've never had one that I didn't at least like. The burger I got here was literally inedible. Even though I ate it right after I got it, the patty was cold, hard, and dry. It barely resembled a normal burger in terms of the consistency of the meat. There was also an overall rancid taste to the burger, but I couldn't tell if that came from the patty or the Thousand Island dressing. I tried to get through a couple bites but I had to spit it out. I also had the "Trio" of fries, and they were really sub-par. Adding insult to injury, this meal cost $20. Save your money and your tastebuds; do not go to BRGR!

Best burger I've had in years- worth the price. Everything fresh and full of flavor. Don't miss the shake. Save some ttime to walk around the block to burn it off!

Found this place while wandering around FIT one day. Spent around $12 on their low-end specialty cheeseburger and sweet potato fries (with tap water). Make no mistake: the burger is actually very tasty and almost on par with Shake Shack. The sweet potato fries were par for the course. But overall, I felt very cheated having to pay $12 for the entire meal. It's a lot higher priced than it ought to be, and in the end, just not worth the money. The only reason to go is because the line at Shake Shack frightens you.

I thought the joint looked like 5 Guys so we went in to eat. After spending $25 for 2 burgers, a shake and a side order of fries, I was looking forward to the meal. It took about 10 minutes for our "grass-fed" hamburgers to arrive. Mine tasted undercooked and raw on the inside, but hard as a rock on the outside of the patty. The fries were average and the shake was extremely sweet, which was a good thing. I couldn't finish my burger, because it was unappetizing.

First time I went here I had an overcooked hockey puck. Second time it was covered in sauces I asked four times not to have. Only reason that the service gets a 1 is that the guy who distributed the food was perfectly understanding when I wanted a refund. The manager had nothing to say. I'll never head back

i do not know if the reviewers before me know what they are saying. i eat here once a week and would do it more if i did not care about my waist. the bacon is to die for, the beef is always perfectly cooked, and the fries are delicious. service could be improved, and obviously if you take out a burger it will get soggy! but eat there and you wont regret it also the best milkshakes!
