Tried brgr today for lunch, and it was very unimpressive and disappointing. They were out of several menu items, including sweet potato fries, and 2 out of the 3 burgers we ordered were completely wrong and missing a few key ingredients (example: gruyere burger came without cheese and avocado). Additionally, the ground beef was dry and the lettuce & tomato were not fresh - a horrible offense for a burger joint, in my opinion. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the cooks still seemed a bit green behind the counter. All in all, the burger choices sound good and I really did want to like the place, but brgr is just not quite there yet. Hoping that will change, but until it does I will definitely never go back.

Delicious burgers, and the best black & white milkshake I've had in decades!

The burger is tasty, but a tad greasy for my taste. Same with the fries. Atmosphere is totally casual-- you order at the counter and get a number to be served at the table. Decor is cute and prices are pretty reasonable. Will satisfy my burger cravings this winter.

The food is good. you can build your own burger. the russet fries are cripsy- the sweet potato fries are too greasy and soggy. the prices are simpyt staggering for burgers wrapped in paper. Ten dollars for a small burger, solo. the sides to put on the burger (except sauce and pickles) are extra. want a slice of tomato? extra. sprouts or lettuce or avocado or cheese? extra! an extra patty or two? (2 extra patties= $5 extra) - fries are in a small paper holder for $2.50. I know we live in NYC, but this is crazy over-priced. after all, it is a burger, it is ny, not tokyo.

The burgers here are good, not amazing, but especially with all the different topping options worth the trip (they don't deliver-yet). The sweet potato fries were really great. The place is really cool inside and the service was extra nice. Downfalls: they were out of avocado at lunch time, line was long, prices a little high. Overall: not as good as shake shack but better than most.

The burgers are delicious - not as good at the top tier places in the city but pretty close. The regular fries were crispy and delicious. I was glad to see sweet potato fries on the menu and they didn't disappoint. The staff was extremely polite and service was good. And there are free refills on sodas. I'll be back soon. I just hope that the lines are a little shorter next time.
