Skip this place
Took forever... even though there were no lines. Food was kinda burned. Very greasy... odd for a place that touts it's farm raised beef and how good it is... I would think that they would charbroil... I will not return.

Please!!
17 bucks for a veggie burger that did not taste good, fries floating in the bag, poor service. Thank goodness they don't accept tips. The owners should take a good look in the mirror because feeding nyers this stuff should be illegal. Run!

Okay, not great
Overpriced, over,done burger. Good quality ingredients but executed poorly by guys who have no cooking experience, and probably didnt finish high school.

Overpriced & Unsatisfied!!
I had always walked past this spot and wondered how the burgers tasted. Boy was I disappointed! There was only one person working the register which means it took nearly 10 mins before I finally ordered , then I waited almost 15 minutes to get my food. I ordered a turkey burger w/gruyere cheese and side of sweet potato fries. $12! The burger was small and tasteless and fries were soggy and in a small sack. Same size as a small fries @ McDonalds for a buck. Needless to say $12 down the drain. I've had way better burgers at Five Guys w/way more fries. Sorry brgr: too slow, overpriced and food not that great!

Poorest service in the city
Everytime I try place an order they tell me they're too busy so I have to hold for at least 5 mins. Tonight I ordered over an hour ago, was told the order would be 5 to 10 minutes and I still don't have it! I've phoned for the last 30 mins and there is no reply.

Not bad at all
In terms of 'bang for your buck,' the burgers are kinda small for the price. My favorite burger is the Blue Sky Burger, I feel like this burger stands above the others. As far as sides, I always go for the Trio (regular fries, sweet potato fries and onion grass), you can't go wrong with that. They also have great shakes. Blueberry pomegranate is my favorite.

Expensive Version of Chain Burger Restaurants
Got the Rainforest Burger..Was on the greasy/salty side. The burger was clearly a frozen patty, which I was not expecting for $9.00. I was enticed by the "grass fed" beef, that they advertised, but in reality I guess its greener on the other side (of 7th Ave.)
