The roast beef is very good. I tried it dry, dipped and double dipped just to really get the taste. The roast beef by itself is good not great as it is thought to be. Alot of the taste comes from the ajus. I loved the fried topped with cheese and gravy, very tasty. I would say that if youre ever in the neighborhood and want to stop by go ahead, just dont go out of your way to go there cause it is nothing special. I also felt like they did not want me there sitting at their table, not very friendly.

Asolutely nothing special about the steak sandwich dipped or not...It lacked taste, The roast beef itself was good, the so called A-JUS is awful...Now the fries 3.25 for a tiny oil logged plate. Don't waste your time.

I can't imagine that anyone who lives in Brooklyn is reading this review has never been to B&C. If you haven't, shut down your computer and go there now. I have been going there since I was a kid (I'm 39 now) and the place hasn't changed a bit. They have by far the best Roast Beef sandwich I've ever had, It comes drenched in the au jus an it makes it taste amazing. All the sides are first rate as well, my favorites being the fries (with cheese and gravy), mozzerella sticks, and amazing fried chicken wings. Service is always quick and friendly.
