I just went to B&T to celebrate my birthday last night. From the phone call to make the reservation to the dessert, it was a memorable night out. Michael, the maitre'd was so nice and accomodating in helping me choose the table for me and my friends. All the staff were very friendly and attentive. The restaurant itself was a really nice atmosphere. The meal itself was really great. I can't remember the last time I had a meal that I really enjoyed in the city. I ordered the Sea Bass with farro and it was delicious. All of my friends ordered different things and everything was really great from the pasta to the pizza. We ordered cheesecake and the chocolate and hazelnut cake to share for dessert. They were both amazing! light and delicious and not overly sweet. A great ending to our meal. I would say that the only small complaint would be that the menu is very limited. I can only go back so many times before getting the same thing.lol Overall, it was a great experience and it's definitely a spot you have to check out.

great brick oven pizzas! try the hen of the woods pizza and the mustard greens and bresola. sooo good! all the salads were great too, fresh,local ingredients. nice warm dark wood interior. good cocktails too, go for the cucumber detox for something refreshing.

Went to B&T last night for a pre-dinner cocktail. Really like this place and cannot wait to go back. Since we had dinner reservos, we did not eat. But the cocktails were great, and the wine is priced at a point you won't find many places in NYC. The staff was warm and friendly. The room is really nice- modern, yet the wood beams give it a cozy feeling. Convenient for a post-work drink or a great space for a larger party.
