Don't bother
We ordered delivery for breakfast... It took 50 minutes to deliver, the food was cold and coffee was wrong. I called to politely ask for the correct coffee and they put me on hold for 5 mins. I called back and the guy mumbled something and hung up. With all of the choices in town, don't bother ordering from here

Best Italian fast food
I always go in and get a slice of pizza, along with meat sauce pasta. Excellent everytime, and fast. Prefer this place over any other in NY.

good grilled cheese
I get delivery from here a lot. Their grilled cheese and chicken soup are great! The pasta and salads are not the best. Stick to the basic stuff. Also- their breakfast is wonderful too!

Great for meeting friends!
I go here all the time, especially before a mets game to meet up with friends as it isn't too far from either penn station, or times square where you can get trains out to the stadium. Food is good, usually crowded. I'd say the best time to go here is at night/overnight periods when most people are sleeping & the tourists are elsewhere. People are friendly, good [select]ion of beverages, plenty of seating, and 2 or 3 LCD tv's to watch news & sports on. If you jut arrived into town by train go here for a meal & you won't be let down!

What is going on at Bread Factory!?!?!
We have an acct here and the food is getting progressively worse daily. the soups are tasteless and sandwiches are small with hard bread. today we waited over an hour to find out that the delivery person couldnt find our office. almost 2 hours later we recd our order for a cheesesteak, fries, grilled cheese and soup. of course it was messed up and we had to wait another half hour for a new cheesesteak. when it got here it was cold and so small it was hardly worth the wait. It will be a long time before we will be ordering from here again.

Never again!
On Nov.15 I purchased something called "cimnnamon babka" - it looked amazing on the outside, I had no idea what it was, I asked about the price, it's was $11.95, i bought it. It was wrapped beautifully - looked like an expensive pie. Then I brought it home... what i got for $12 was - slightly sweet piece of dry bread, half-empty inside, with a few (very few!) raisins, and very lightly sprinkled with cinnamon. It was just a small piece! rather small peice, I should say! I was outraged. I 've lived in Manhattan for 15 yrs, I understand things are expensive here, but nothing ever outraged me this much. I am convinced that the sales people ripped me off (they didn't give me a receipt, and there is no pricing on most of pastries /pies (bad sign!) ! I ended up thriowing it away. Never again!

We are addicted!
Absolutely the best place for a good reasonable lunch in New York City! Awesome bagels, great eggs, great pasts, sandwiches and amazing salads!
