I think if you are a tourist it may be a great place before a show, but other then that it is below average. The atmosphere is very bright, but there is something wrong with every corner you turn. They just miss the mark on so many things. The service was nonexist. We had to ask for bread, clean dishes, and to move dirty dishes from our table. When they did they just moved them to another dirty table. One of the dishes was good, but all in all I would to try elsewhere.

I took my boyfriend here for his birthday under the impression that this was a real Brazilian Churrascaria as stated in their website. To my surprise their menu was all al la carte and there was no all you can eat buffet which was the sole reason we went there. The service was way below par - my boyfriend even had to get up to refill his own water glass. Oh, and they messed up every single thing we ordered form the appetizers to the main course. We had been sitting there for an hour and still didnt receive our entrees so you can imagine how slow they are. We had to hunt down our waiter to pay the bill otherwise we were going to be late for our broadway show. Ridiculous service and needless to say i was very disappointed. Drinks are radically expensive - 8 bucks for a caipirinha - oh and let me not forget to mention the bread they put on out table - it was a roll about the size of a tennis ball sliced in half and placed in a huge bread basket and the butter that was served with it was noticeably melted and refridgerated once again...should have gone to down the street like I had originally planned!!!

I loved the food and service, BUT, I felt cheated when it came time to pay the bill. I paid $18.00 for my wife's and my ice teas. They did not tell me that I had to pay for each refill on the ice tea. The waiter said there was nothing he could do when I complained about not being told. It did not state this on the menu.

My husband and I went after 1 pm, and there was no body but us while we were there. We both enjoyed the salad bar, and the each item in the hot dish section tasted great. Since there were only two of us, they served each meat very hot, but they started with sausages, chicken legs and ham which were all very salty. When we were already stuffed with salty meats and hot dishes (also salty without a lot of bread), they finally brought top sirloin and a different kind of beef. If I had known, I should have waited until this last minute and simply enjoyed the medium-rare steaks. For the rest of the day, we just had to keep drinking a lot of water, and my stomach was upset for the next few days. The bottom line is that the food was good, but because each item was seasoned so well that eating all of them will make you feel sick.

I went there with my husband and two kids before a show. I have to say that based on the reviews on this site I was expecting a lot more. Both my husband and I were disappointed with the food and the service. Their salad bar had very few selections and pretty much everything looked very stale. I agree with a few previous reviewers that their service is very slow, most of the meats were very greasy and either overcooked or undercooked. We had to wait a long time between meat servings even though there weren't too many customers (it was Wednesday night). Yes, it's not expensive but it's still not a good value for the quality and quantity of food that you get.

This place is fabulous! Laid-back, yet just lively enough, the staff here is very attentive, bringing over more meats of all kinds at exactly the right time, as if on cue. The bar staff is very friendly. I felt like I was at home away from home here! The dessert was very good, very rich (chocolatey, caramel ball, forgot what it is called.) Best part was that as attentive as the staff was, they did not hurry you out when you were done, they actually encouraged lingering over coffee! I will definitely be back.

I absolutely love this place, from the food to the service, it is all great. You can linger here for hours and never feel rushed, and the staff is so nice and attentive. The food is also very good. I definitely recommend this place for almost any occasion! You really can't go wrong!
