we just love this restaurant! cant get enough. after walking up and down 46th trying to find the perfect brazilian restaurant we found Brazil Brazil. the service cant get any more welcoming, the caipirinha cant get better. go on a friday night and enjoy a live acustic performance by the bar before dinner. the food, delicious. try the churrasco mixto and enjoy a variety which includes chicken, chorizo, pork and steak cooked to perfection, dont leave out the side of fried bananas (yes you read right) they are sooooo good.

We checked out Brazil Brazil for dinner on Sep 1, 2007 to celebrate my birthday. The menu outside looked interesting and a bargain in NYC for a pre fix around $25.00 pp. The ambience inside was clean and low-lite; The food was some tasty meats like top sirloin, pork, chicken, Everything was seasoned well and cooked through. The first course was nice with salads or black beans soup. The desserts was great, with sweet and sauer passion fruit mouse. The wine was good and poured plentifully into glasses. Overall a relaxed, urban experience. Pros: tasty food, nice waiters, good wine list Cons: I had to come back home

As a brasilian, I would've never guessed i was in New York City at a Brasilian resturante! I felt as if i was in Sao Paolo again, with great service and very nice waitresses. The food was quick and excellent with such good taste. The waitress was very polite and clean.

My wife and I were served personally by the manager Antonio and he provided excellent service. The stroganoff was very tasty and our water galsses were always full. My wife had never eaten brazillian food so this was a good introduction. Thanks for a nice evening.

Having just left the theater from a matinee play, we thought we would stop and have a drink somewhere instead of fighting traffic to Penn Station and home. The staff was very friendly and during our drinks, we asked to see their dinner menu. Since we had had lunch just prior to the show, we were not all that hungry but thought with an hour and a half ride home, why not share an entrée. It was a very good decision. We had the chicken, pork, steak, and sausage served on a long skewer brought to our sidewalk-side table. Along with the traditional sides of black beans and rice as well as various condiments, the meal was delicious as well as filling for both of us. Although the menu said there was a $5 sharing fee,, it was not included on the bill. With 3 drinks total and tax, before tip, the bill was around $50. Next time, we will plan to come here and enjoy either the inside portion of the restaurant or the comfortable garden out back

I went to this restaurant because a friend of mine is a regular there. It used to be a churascaria, I had already experienced one and I was not very satisfied wih it. My friend had highly recommended me to visit this place which is now an a la carte restaurant, they have a new administration and a new concept the staff told me. I live in NJ so it took me a while to go for it, he talks about it all the time and I decided to give it a chance. I came across a great enviroment and as you walk in live music in portuguese is being played. It is a very cute colorful restaurant, and it has beatiful garden. We tried this "caipirinha" cocktail... I couldnt get enough. The dishes have a very appealing presentation and, the flavor: amazing. The whole package is complemented with great service, the staff is very polite and warm. We would certainly take a ride back to the city just to enjoy this incredible experience again.

So we sat outside. I asked for a glass of sparkling water. I got a $6.75 bottle of Pelligrino. There were not 4 table settings at a table for 4. One of 4 of us got her meal, and finished her meal before the other meals arrived. And it was not the one of us who arrived late and ordered later than the other 3. When the other 3 meals finally came, they weren't ours. When they came for real, my table setting which had been hard to obtain, had been removed. Food getting cold as I struggle to get someone's attention to ask for another fork. A steak knife had miraculously come soon after asking for it. Have I mentioned the general slowness of the service? We asked for our desserts and check at the same time. We had to ask for the check a second time. Two coffees were on the waiter's tray for delivery, but only one made it onto our table. The check included an 18% gratuity. I slashed it down to nothing, but my co-diners thought that was wrong, so I put back in a $10 tip, 7.5%. We would have missed our 7:30 curtain if it had not risen late. The Caeser Salad was very good.
