The prices are way to high for the amount of food given on plates. I don't eat a lot and I thought the portions were very small even if they charged half the price. My fiancé and his child are Brazilian and we have eaten at a lot of Brazilian places and cook at home. The taste of the food was plain and nothing great at all. The only thing good was the kindness of all the employees.

I found very little on this menu that was remotely Brasilian. And when the food arrived, it didn't even equate with the menu. To top it all off, the prices are outrageous. The only saving graces were the service (pleasant, not effusive) and the singer in the bar (not even in the dining room). Highly disappointing.

Had family from out of town visitng- wanted to treat to NYC "international" tastes. This was sadly bland, plain, blah food....costly for empty plates . (ie: 2 rolls for 3 people...c'mon!) Low quality foods. Staff was pleasant, but they had nothing to work with. I would never return!

I can understand paying $25 for a skirt steak dish, but when I ordered the passion fruit mousse and it came in a little glass containing literally 2 table spoons, I was very impressed. They're robbing us without even feeling guilty! Guess I'll stick to Brazil Grill or Via Brasil! :(

My $10.95 cheeseburger turned into $14.95 when I asked for some onions.. Only in NYC.

Went to this restaurant after a wonderful play at the Majestic! Unknowing, we ordered and received 5 "rubbery" shrimp and my wife had a few small "strips" of steak; no value or quality for the $ paid. Said $5 margaritas in the window; ended up with a bill for $28 for 2! Said we had to order at the bar! But, no one mentioned that or was it written on the sign, even in small print! Just have to alert people of places like this; not very accommodating!

I am a frequent diner in NYC at restaurants of all price ranges and levels of dining. What a disappointing experience this place turned out to be. We stumbled upon it after seeing a show. For $86, we got the following: 3 cheap, little strips of skirt steak (similar to scrap meat that you could buy at the local grocery store for $2.00). 5 shrimp (you could buy at a grocery store for $3). And two frozen marguaritas that were bland and small ($14 each, yet shown on the front entrance as $5 each and as 14 oz. portions). The flavors of everything were bland. I could make the same meal at home with A-1 sauce and salt and pepper, and it would taste better. This place advertises $5 drinks to get you to come in and pay at least $14 per drink - what a waste for nothing in terms of quality. Would never go back to this restaurant - even if some else was buying.
