Service Issues
I was having a drink while my parents ate here. My parents then offered me to have a bite of their food to try it. I then started to realize that the employees were starting to hover. I was then approached and told I would be charged for trying my parents' food. You're kidding right? Then proceeded to treat with disrespect the rest of the night. May be good food, but rude service.

The best of the best ( brazilian food)
Im an american citizen that have been going to a lot of restaurants but this restaurant was expectacular. I went to some brazilian restaurants, but this restaurant was fantastic. The food, the service, the drinks, the appetizes were exeptionals. One of the best restaurants that I have gone in New York City.

Mediocre at best
What a disappointment. Had drinks at the bar as we arrived early on 46th Street for a show. Bartender showed us a dinner menu. It looked interesting and we decided to return after the show since Joe Allen was closed. We were seated outside next to a planter that was falling apart with dead plants in it. Steel wool poked out from underneath, but we stuck it out. My partner loves seviche and ordered it for a starter. It was disappointing. Swimming in oil. We ordered Chicken Stroganoff that was served with a side order of fries and black beans. Not the greatest combination for a dish with cream sauce. Service was mediocre too. I'd never go back and wouldn't recommend it. Disappointing food.

Everytime I went there it was fabulous
I went to Brazil Brazil 10 times when I was on an assignment in NYC. I have told 15 people about it and everyone that went had as good a time as I did. The drinks were awesome and the bar menu is such a great deal and it is truly tasty. Cheers and have some Sangria or a Caipirina. Yum

Excellent
My wife and I love the service and cuisine of that place after the theater had a wonderful dinner. Besides great service, we are passionate about this restaurant Brazilian singer, he sang and played his guitar with great enthusiasm typical Brazilian music, making us feel really in Brazil. My wife and I already recommend to all our friends ... to enjoy the true culture and Brazilian cuisine.

Caiprinas, tapas, bossa nova e samba ao vivo
You can sit outside on a summer night with your friend(s) and order dinner or sit at the bar and order tapas or steak with fejoa and rice or some other Brazilian food from the very reasonable bar menu, drink great caipirinas, listen to live Brazilian music with singers almost every night. What more do you want? This is a unique, friendly place in Manhatten.

One of the best on Restaurant Row.....
Ok...so I take a hot in a hurry with a friend.....was I surprised!....A wonderful menu.....great Tapas and 1/2 entree portions served at the bar....and a TASTY sangria to boot!.....Servers emotionally connected to their food. This is a must on 46th......great food, value, and service....Good use of original spices and flavors....
