I used to laugh when jokes were made about the French disliking Americans. Perhaps the jokers were right. Not bad food but such bad service. Pretty restaurant and outdoor dining enjoyable except for when dogs were allowed to interject themselves into our meal when sitting at table next to us. We were understandably disturbed. Dog owners were to blame but took no responsibility. When asking Manager to intervene, he did nothing. Said that it was all right for dogs to dine at such close range to our dinner table. Left Cognac to the dogs and will never return.

Food was cold, service was colder. Noisy, not inexpensive and nobody cares.

I had never really had a desire to go to the other location but I wanted a new local place and hey these guys have the SERAFINA restaurants so how bad could it be???really really really bad. Expensive and stuffy vibe and tasteless to bad tasting food. Oh well .

So excited to see a brasserie in teh neighborhood. My husband and I went last night - and were hugely disappointed. The wait time between courses, and even requested cocktails was ridiculously long. I had mussels, by far the worse I ever had. The salad my husband ordered as an appetizer was $12 - but $5 worth of greens. Want to sit outside and have a glass of wine - good destination. Other than that, save yourself the hardship.
