Got it all
Really friendly staff, stupidly delicious food (probably the best french fries i've had in a long time - absolutely the best bar food around), Lonestar beers!, Whiskey Milkshakees! and FREE live music most nights. Pretty hard to ask for more.

Tasty food! Comfortable space.
We used a Living Social coupon during our first visit. The waiter/bartender was extremely enthusiastic. The atmosphere was very comfortable and welcoming. Going on a Sunday around 11am or so they offered both their regular and brunch menus which was a plus. The veg chili was amazing as were the accompanying hush puppies. The duck breast with poached egg and potato hash was amazing. I think I cried a few tears of joy. Everything actually sounded amazing. Living Social was our introduction but as a result of a great experience we'll be back.

Gourmet "Bar Food" = Yum!
Small bar style menu and atmosphere, but the food is oustanding! New brunch items are awesome too. I had the Country Fried Steak with Gravy and was very satisfied. Takes a minute to get a drink but the beer selection and friendly faces make it worthwhile.

Yee Haw!
Great vibe in a great location! The food is delicious. Cool, chill neighborhood and gay friendly crowd. The service is a bit lacking however. Bartenders can be inattentive and aloof, but the wide beer selection and reasonable prices have me going back again and again.

Best Improved!
Ok, so I'm giving the bar 5 stars! I was there for the opening week and went in a couple times, the food was weak, but hey, you can have problems when you're brand(ed) new. Anwhoo, just managed to get back in and the food was outta this world. I complemented to new chef...apparently they've been through a couple working out the kinks. Anyway, the fried green tomatoes were perfectly fried and crispy, served with homemade avacado or red pepper ranch...and the MEAT PIE was wow. They're still playing with the menu, but the bartender told me they are trying to get away from "sports bar" type food they opened with. Also keep in mind.....it's not a restaurant it's a music venue with a kitchen that's open till 3am......def try to get a booth if your not into sitting outside.
