Big disappointment
I was really looking forward to a typical "South African" dinner & instead had one of the worst dinners that I have ever eaten in any restaurant. The food was awful, the menu was not as advertised on line & as for the atmosphere, it compared to a noisy American Sports Bar. From a very dissatisfied & disappointed Fellow Countryman.

Amazing!
It was my first time eating South African and the Ribberjies Pork Ribs. One word... Amazing! The African Road Runner is also really good and tender! Make sure you try the Mango and Lychee Martinis.

Brunch not recommended
All the unlimited mimosa's in the world cant help this place and their inedible omletes

Different & delicious
Unique foods, completely delicious, and exciting and different. Loved this place. The honey and Brie appetizer is outstanding.

I Love This Place
I could tell you all of the reasons why I love this place, but that would take forever. All you need to know is that this place is amazing. It has some of the best sliders I have ever eaten. The road runner is delicious, and the mud hut is perfect to satisfy your sweet tooth. I have eaten at countless places all of the city, and this is still one of the best places I have eaten at.

Great food
Excellent food. Don't believe some of the earlier reviews. They cleared ordered the wrong stuff or came with preconceptions. Great salad and coconut polenta. Highly recommended.

Loved It!!
My husband and I recently went to South Africa on our honeymoon and we were so excited to find this restaurant in NYC!! We had such a great experience there - the food was excellent and the decor seemed very authentic. We can't wait to go back and bring our friends!!
