They don't know they have bad service
I've eaten from both the BOS and Lucky menu and the the Chinese side is safe/acceptable and the Vietnamese is slightly above average. The problem here is that the staff are completely and utterly unaware about customer service. Between BLASTING Youtube videos for all to enjoy, mocking customers (yes, I speak your dialect), and yelling over the phone at delivery customers I avoid the place for weeks at a time but, for some reason, always come back. If they refine their customer service they can be a shining star.

Poor Food and Rude Waiters
We got in out of the rain...that was the best thing about this restaurant. Everything ordered was poor and smothered in the same soy-sauce laden sauce. Hot and sour soup very thin...egg roll low quality commercial. Lots of noise from show they were watching on their computer at the counter.

Disappointed
The food was good, but they screwed up my order. Then, 30 minutes later, when the food arrived they blamed it on ME and god mad at us for nibbling on the food they already gave us (we had to wait 30 EXTRA minutes, hello!) They wanted us to exchange the food for the correct food. Then they yelled at me on the phone. I am very surprised that a business would treat a customer so disrespectfully over a $7 food item. It should have been complimentary since they screwed up. They were so rude to me that I will not go back there again. Very bad customer service.

Real Good
The best quality ingredients used, cooked and served in an acceptable amount of time. They don't go overboard with the soy sauce, so dishes taste their best. Nothing to hide. You get what you pay for here.

Best Chinese Take Out In Hell's Kitchen
I am a skeptic when it comes to ordering Chinese take out - greasy, bad ingredients, and over loaded with MSG. (I am a food snob) However, this place blew me away! I am so glad to have found this place. Try sweet and sour Shrimp - very light, crispy, fresh! Great grilled pork (w. vermicelli), sesame beef. So many different dishes both Chinese/ Vietnamese menu and so far, everything has been very good. Lived in this area for 5 years and this is the best Chinese take out in this neighborhood BY FAR. (The restaurant decor has lot to be desired - but it's always been clean - recommend delivery/take out service instead)

Try the noodle soups
This is average chinese/vietnamese takeout but consider it above average and a good value for the Hell's Kitchen neighborhood where there are some pretty bad takeouts. Good sitdown atmosphere on a busy day; if it's quiet inside, you'll want to take it to go. The beef satay noodle soup from the Vietnamese menu is worth a try if you like heat. Also try the Pho from the Vietnamese menu...with rare slices of beef if you dare! Good stuff.

Good, simple vietnamese and chinese
I like this place for its takeout, particularly their grilled pork and chicken, from the Vietnamese menu.
