I have had the misfortune of visiting this store twice in the past year. I had hoped that my first experience was a one off but I'm sad to report, if anything it had got worse. Once your order is taken, expect to wait a long time. You may be the only person in the store, but it will make no difference. The staff are busy messing around or trying to look busy. On my second visit, there were actually 2 people ahead of me, waiting to receive their order (incidently, each order was 1 drink per person). Better still, the manager was there meeting with a supplier at a table in the establishment. One by one, each waiting customer, lost there patience and requested their money back. It wasn't until the third customer, that the manager took any notice and interveened. No apology was offered, however, she took plenty of time to finally return my money.
